Hi Matt, I do certainly agree - great company - the recent brokers note gave a buy and a high price of £4.70, so I intend to hold until £4.65 and make a decision on hold or sell............... I am extremely unlikely to buy more. One thing that could change my view is an additional acquisition. Apparently, the sector is very fragmented and Restore have acquired a numbers of companies last year and a further acquisition would enhance the turnover / profit. Rgds

The recent appointment of Stefan Borson, will generate interest at the forthcoming AGM. His appointment will add focus to the claim by SGH. I can't understand why my posting on 8.28 today, has not been recorded.

On the 8th December 2015 Stefan Borson was presented with the General Counsel of the Year 2015. Watchstone group general counsel Stefan Borson was presented with the General Counsel of the Year award by BAE Systems GC Philip Bramwell recorded in Legal week magazine. A truly fantastic appointment. Stefan Borson has worked for QPP and WTG for eight years, so he knows the business (and history). The sp on the 8th March was 140p and the share price on Friday 23rd June was also 140p. Considering the situation re: IM scheduled departure and the latest situation regarding S&G court documents. The sp (non) movement is puzzling. I guess that E&Y and PWC are both LLP's and no action can be taken against them for DD. Many thanks for ayuyn for bringing to our attention. If a court case happens, I wonder where the court case will be. Australia or England very interesting. If in England I for one would like to attend.

Yes you are correct -- I predict a lot of smarmy, self-serving, fat-cats in the front row. That generally applies to many AGM I have been to, in particular the AIM. I actually meant any shareholders present, the will want answers and the smarmy, self-serving, fat-cats in the front row. IE the BoD will be evasive with the replies. Oh what fun............. There's no way I can even begin to "guess" at what may happen but it could be messy. Slater and Gordon or Watchstone might cease trading. OK that's the worse case scenario. Hi Matt, Sorry my comment was a bit tongue in cheek. I was at the AGM and in my opinion RST is a very sound company. I am not sure when - certainly in the last month - Restore was "promoted" to the all share index from AIM 100. The company has some serious backers and the elevation to all share will help drive the company - seriously grateful I purchase lasy year (not sure of date). Like you I get "it" right more often than not. Cheers David

The growth of this company in last 3 months is very acceptable from £7.35 to just over £10. is just over 35%. Glad I purchased in March

Hi GS, In your opinion, what would happen if the escrow didn't happen and SGH made no claim. WTG would have to consider taking action for recovery. Personally I didn't think SGH would issue a claim. A/ insufficient capital B/ claim lacks creditably

Hi arsenal, I have not sold - mighty temping, as the so has spiked so dramatically​ today because of the news re: SoftBank​. Actually I first purchased on 10th March, and then "topped up" on 20th March and 9th May. I will be watching over the next few days but reasonably comfortable that Inmarsat is a sound company and "sits" nicely in my portfolio. Regards
