Hi all, This morning there was a broker rating increase - Canaccord Genuity placed a buy note at 415p. I found this strange as the sp has now exceeded the 415p and currently 421p. IMO the price could well reach 475p before the end of 2017. Excellent company, this is supported by significant growth in the past few years. All the best DAR

Hi all, In 2016 the interim accounts were released on the 16th September. I have looked at the website and it's devoid on any information when the interim accounts will be posted. Does anybody have a view on the accounts. In my opinion, the Bod should try to reassure all pi's with a trading update. It is unfortunate that the share price has now fallen below 90p and until positive news (or any news) the sp will continue to slide. Regards DAR

Hi Ship, In March I said £4 before then end of year, presently surprised, as sp 397p in mid august. as this rate the sp could well reach £4.00 by end of August, ever hopeful. DAR

AEM, I am not sure where to start with a reply, but I will try............ So here goes 1/ I don't think I have an ego, but will"speak" if I see / read something I feel is wrong. 2/ I certainly will not report you (or anybody) to the LSE. I believe in "freedom of speech". 3/ a couple years ago "your statement "" wringing your hands with your brow ect"" was true but things have changed dramatically with Watchstone. -- I never (or expected) my thoughts would affect the sp. Do you remember BONDY LOL. 4/ "my holding" in WTG has been discussed many times on this bb, no point in repeating. 5/ Yes you (and a few others) are defending the sp now. It is a pity the the BoD has chosen not to defend the sp ATB

So might be some time. Grumpy This is just one big game... I don't know the "rules" if any........ Derbycounter Over 20 years the AIM has never been regulated --- that's what makes it exciting. Hi all and goldust88, I too have been amazed at the number of investors who have increased the % stake in Watchstone, considering that the court case vs SGH may very well take a number of years to reach any conclusion. First of all Goldust - I am not sure you have your calculations correct on the size of the company, your figures -- With cash of about £80 million plus escrow of £50 million and the businesses worth maybe £20 million that's £150 million. I think this is nearer -- With cash of about £80 (far less now, for that was 31st December) million plus escrow of £50 million (this will not happen for years - if at all) and the businesses worth maybe £20 million (not sure where you get this figure from???) that's £<a more conservative valuation of 60 million. On that basis the share price is with reason about right. However, your odds are way of beam and I am not a betting man. But you say 50/50 based on WTG has two QC's, SGH has possibly 10 QC's. As I am not a betting man 50/50 is extremely generous
