Aren't the tests in question antibody tests?

So if all comes out Rosie and we finally get these god worshipping tests to market and the cancer side takes off with success. The inevitable will probably happen and a buy out will take place from a much larger pharmaceutical company. What would the share price be if so at the time of buy out. Would it be 20-30-40-50% more as a mark up?would the shareholders get a say?
