Risk32 thanks.. I know about the benifits of bedin. But puzzled by the rules on paying into isa in a tax year. . Its not that clear online. So hopefully what you guys are saying is both isa's after transfer become one isa wrapper and essentially is treated like paying into the old isa.. So the I'm still in the 1 per year bracket paying into.

Last question... Can i topup my new isa before the the old isa transfer is complete?..seems to be taking a frigging age and i want to bed in my avacta shares before april because its over the 20k limit already.

Thanks IFA90. Thats what i was thinking but was puzzled by lack of confirmation online. So once the isa has been transferred the new and old one become essentially one isa wrapper. Sleepydave i cant as stated the old isa thats being transfered cant be accessed now so I'm guessing it will be closed after transfer. (a daft vanguard funds one)

Only used monthly contributions on my old isa so way below the limit. Seems alittle unfair to limit topping up to one per year if your old ones been closed.

Goverment moonshot =Avacta's Slavia LFTs based on there affimer reagent last summer, but failed on CV. had to be remodelled into a nasal thus taking so long.. And probably an updated slavia now aswell

The ODX LinkedIn leak was for an AN test, not Saliva (https://twitter.com/shredz90/status/1363056317389279233?s=21). Considering timelines, it would make sense that the Salvia failed at PD and the AN is currently being tested. From the figures from the recent RNS (96.7/100%)it will pass, I’m certain.

Avacta have a few tests out there so anyone's guess as to which one might have failed initially. But my guess it might have been an updated slavia test... There the ones that would have been scrutinised the most from the problems that came about last year...

The only thing thats keeping me here is a rise to 0.8p-1p.but i cant see that happening until next year now. Lots of placings another 1-2 billion shares so minimal gains to be seen...
