Hello pokerchips. What do think about vod at the moment? Do you think a buy at todays price? I think it is fair to say, it is very difficult to appoint a new C.E.O. with all the negative attitude towards C.E.O.'s lately? (Money grabbing, upper class twits,etc, etc.)

Hello mole. Who are these people you know switching to? at a lower rate? Do you think vod is overpriced?

It was nice to hear many positive posts early today, but then the usual negative renta crowd came out with there usual moaning posts. I can't see it getting to £1 by thursday close, so I will wait a while before making my £1 prediction. Sorry to go on about this, but what is the point of just constantly comeing on here just to have a moan? We all know vod is having a shocking time?! Why don't we just sack all the directors in vod, & let the rest take control? Sounds like Lord of the fly's to me. Or just anarchy. Happy Easter.

Rob, Come on,we know you have a passionate hatred for Nick Read, but I will forgive you. I am sure he is a very nice person really. It's a shame he doesn't read all this crap, because he might invite me around for Christmas if he did. I hear he is very good at stuffing turkeys!? It was all sotonspikes fault?? Hello rob. Thank you for your comments. I think it is fair for me to add that after it was sugested on here that me & Mikey call a truce, I havn't criticised Mikey at all. Ironically this all seemed to kick off after a good humoured comment regarding Nick Read, from sotonspike, to you. It was then suggested that almost all C.E.O.'s are no good, which I think is a very unfair thing to say, & as I am often reminded this a free forum & I am entitled to my opinion, even though it would seem that demonising C.E.O.'s is the name of the game.. Anyway, lets hope we can all calm down a bit & move on. Cheers Amigo..

Hello Mikey. Many on here may question why I bother to answer your posts, but I would like to answer your last post. You ask if I would ever admit that I was wrong? I assume you mean was I wrong to buy vodafone shares, & the answer is a big yes, it was a very big mistake, so Mikey I was wrong. I wish I had never bought vod shares, but I did, so I can sell at a big loss, or hold, hopeing they will recover. What I won't do(sorry to repeat myself) is whinge & moan about it. So Mikey, how about you returning the faviour & admitting you are wrong sometimes? That might work.

mrcautious. The answer is obvious, You apply for the job then if you think you can do better. Goud luck with that one. Don't give up your day job though. You sound like someone who although held moderatly senior positions(as you said) but never quite made it to the B.O.D. or C.E.O. I wonder why? There are many like you out there, who never quite made it, time to move on, & get over it.

Hello slarti & dibbie, There are some on here who just revel in being negative. I just checked my Tui holiday bookings & saw tui shares are down 50% in one day, so vod not as bad. Be possitive, it might just work, be negative, will never work, unless you are shorting.
