Our latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with QuotedData's Edward Marten has just been released. Listen here.
Hi Rob, I prefer there not to be a divi cut, but I am happy to leave that decision to the vod, b.o.d. I think if there is a divi cut,the sp will fall more than if the divi is held. I still think vod is way undervalued, but a divi cut will scare off a lot of investors, causing the sp to fall. As for name calling, I agree, a muppet living in a bed sit is just a pointless insult. I can remember when the banter on here was much better, but each to there own I guess. Have a good day muppet, sorry, I mean Amigo?!
Hello rob, hope you are well. I have just awarded you the prize for being the most tolerant person ever for your comment "He's just having a laugh & I don't see anything nasty about his comments" Isn't that taking tolerance a bit to far? Cheers mate. S.P. looking ok so far today.
Gary. Can you please stick to your word this time & ignore the muppet as you call him. It doesn't matter if he lives a bed sit, or not. Throwing meaningless insults at him is pointless. Have a good day.
Hi rob. Good finish today. I think though there are some on this forum who just think the stock market is one big joke & come on here just for a laugh & take the piz. Nothing wrong with having a sense of humour though. Have a good week mate.
Mole_man. Most of my I.S.A. investment is pre I.S.A. shares that I have sold to buy back in to an I.S.A. to save divi tax, or from tax free cash from my pensions, so the 2x £20k per year has worked for me. If you have a decent pension, it can be a good idea to take the cash free lump sum & invest into an I.S.A. or 2! So the extra 5k might help. I don't think I will go over the 20k though next year, but who knows? good luck..
Correction. You can be so grumpy at times. Keyboard error. He could be a fat lady, but if his singing is as bad as his poetry, then I hope he doesn't sing. No spelling errors I hope? I don't want bloo telling me off?!
ForensicBloo. Based on your unintelligable, rambling post to me, I looked at your posts on the Lloyds forum, & you really are a very strange person. I will ask you again, who is this borderline illiterate person you refer to? There is nothing borderline about you, just very strange. I am not trying to give you investment advice, just advice in general. Perhaps you can get your cronies to give you more than 5 or 6 recommends if you reply?
