Mark my words!!! Obviously not advice, but of course there will be a pre new ISA allowance uplift.
CBC1988 and chumps - please give it a rest, go play on Facebook, every time I come on this board I read less than half (far less) of what I should, simply because you lot bored the life out of me with your ‘wisdom’!!!

Have a great weekend all, including CBC and the chumps
Morning Ramp - I hope you are well.
Nothing would surprise me, but, two decent sized questions were answered for me yesterday; could a transaction occur in the landscape and was it possible for a recut to be agreed upon when such value dilution is present, the answer to both being Yes.
For me a reasonable amount of the SP dip has been related to the above questions so at this point for me 4p/5p seems about right - myself, happy to buy in the 3's.

Fair comment CTC.
‘If’ those insights were factual, to which I have no way of knowing, and had been turned down - without the knowledge as to why they were refused I would still not be able to claim if greed was or wasn’t a factor until a deal conclusion - it would simply be part of a sale neg
Had multiple third parties (purchasers) been involved in sales neg and all were not investigated robustly for the best position and value I think you’ll find at the time most would have been say, “we could of got more!”
Easy to make silly and naive statements about greed and speed.
All the very best to those in and genuine
FFS - Greedy and slow? You/nobody can qualify this until after an event has concluded! Fact is deals of this size take a huge amount of time, deals within this sector take a huge amount of discovery and frankly with all of the issues that have occurred outside of this company to which have a direct impacted on the traction of this/these deals, any suggestion of quick/slow is rather more than a little naive.
Be frustrated, absolutely but it’s not a matter of slow or greedy, it’s process and landscape.
Believe it or not a third party purchaser does react to a change in landscape, our BOD can’t just say, “come on ignore the vid or forget about a conflict for the sake of herbie and his/her chumbs!”

IMHO What we saw yesterday was proof that the SP will bounce back once the reality is revealed.
Measurement pre conflict atm is pointless, that’s not reality, it’s not where we are, but, is this company investable for independent investors at it current SP based on factual information that remains relevant, combined with everything that has been disclosed during the conflict by both the company itself and the applicable third parties?
If I didn’t have a significant holding, I would say that this is great value atm. If however, I consider my average as the current SP, would I buy in at that, no, but because I am convinced by the information available I have been able to square additional purchases off and reduce my average increasing my position over time.
Everybody’s financial position is different, personally I don’t need to sell and I certainly haven’t got the time to sell and buy back on the daily basis like some ‘suggest’ that they did yesterday (handpumps), funny isn’t it; the most negative people seem to claim to make money at every junction?!?! You’d think brains such as these would be loaded enough that they didn’t live on a BB.
Do you own research and play by rules that are prescribed by your own sensible financial planning, if you can’t afford to play an unexpected long game probably best to stick to Premium Bonds as AIM is not a playground, chants of “It’s Not Fair” are meaningless - don’t listen to much to the communications, this is AIM, excitement comes at the point of confirmation.

Dear All,
And I thought Prince Harry's effort would go down as the most pointless read ever, but NO, seems we have a contender for most pointed drivel of 2023!!

Chapter One: I don't have any actual information but, Trust Me.....
Brilliant, just brilliant.

Lol Tygra - that is the most factual thing I have read on here for weeks, hope you are keeping well.
Topped up today following, a rather comprehensive reading sesh of the entire week, special thanks to LovelyBoy for some much appreciated direction. Amazing how reading the week in one sitting provided a significant amount more reassurance than dropping in daily, this was probably more relevant this week due to leaks etc.
Obviously the conflict remains the singular matter that sits above all else but, taking in to account the risks, ‘for me’ 4p represents great value.
Suggestions that EUA is poorly represented from a financial perspective doesn’t stack up. Read the trading history, consider the investments made in recent times. This is and always has been a well structured strategic build, everyone/anyone can play the what if game, however, from what I have seen of this BOD they will have many contingency plans in place

Have a great weekend.
Morning All and a Happy New Year!!
Love the positivity Mr Wolfe, a blue finish would be great and whilst I am expecting a bit of up and down today I would agree with a blue end.
From what I have read 'catching up' we won't actually know the how the sanctions adaptations will impact us until clarification is given by RNS but, based on what we know, whilst 12 months ago this action could not have been considered a positive in anyway shape or form, 'today' IMHO this actually represents a reductions in exposure, reducing the worst case outcome to which I can only assume has of course contributed to the dilution in the SP.
I will be topping up 'responsibly' today should the SP come down to my buying line.
All luck to those in and genuine.
mizman - I would agree, but maybe I'd dilute that to 'Expecting and Hoping'.
The thing that I take from all the information available pre and post the most recent RNS is; is 4p good value, YES, IMHO!!! The financial position of the business more than demonstrates this to me, post conflict its worth a dump load more 'with or without' a sale. The SP is depressed for multiple reasons but, the severity of that depression is wholly linked to the conflict and the possibility and plausibility of sanctions, so for me that is the risk that I am buying against - this risk is satisfied by the current SP.
All the naysaying content being posted questioning performance, product/material quality and/or intent of BOD, this is 'for me' just white noise, nothing more - I'm comfortable, decent progress made at a time when all commercial activity regardless of industry and sector makes very slow progress.
All the best to those In and Genuine
onthebwagon - Just read the RNS myself and was pretty much thinking the same thing throughout.
Isn't going to be at 42p anytime soon but, in my mind that doesn't mean that it isn't worth it and that is my favourite time to 'responsibly' buy.
All the best to those In and Genuine and Merry Xmas to 'All'
Mr Wolfe - I loves a bit on Tupac.
Great example of what you do; Your approach doesn't offend me as per your response suggests, it frustrates me, as per my original message - and then this provokes a reaction from you and we get in a petty debate where all of the genuine content and information gets lost etc etc etc.
Never offended, just frustrated hence me thinking you is a bit of a MR Handpump rather than a Mr Wolfe
Have a good evening.

Afternoon All,
I appreciate that this goes against most of what is posted, however, I have become increasingly comfortable with the lack of noise from the BOD, don’t get me wrong, some great news would be good, but rallying hasn’t ever been their style, I’ve become used to this.
Given this, when I compare the information previously delivered by the BOD within the RNS’s delivered, to the lack of negative news that I perceived was possible/plausible even if unlikely, ‘that has NOT arrived’, I am starting to feel increasingly positive again, Don’t get me wrong, I am not in anyway suggesting this is heading towards a quick outcome, I have completely accepted that it is not. I am simply saying that for me the possibility/plausibility of the most negative outcomes seem to be deplenishing 'when considering the current SP'.
Whilst I am not going to go at this like a mad thing, I am going to increase my buying line ‘very’ slightly in order to bump start my averaging down again.
Mr Wolfe: Just a suggestion, maybe post your Care Of Address on the BB, if you are so keen for attention I am sure one or two on here would send you a Xmas card/gift - whilst I understand your frustrations 'occasionally', your approach really does sabotage some of the better debates and for those of us that peer in from time to time your efforts are soooooooo frustrating, not a personal attack as such, I just think you come across as a bit of a handpump.
All the best to those In and Genuine
Mac/LovelyBoy/Saint /Lenoman/Del - thanks for a great read! I certainly have some reading to do this evening. much appreciated.
Mr Wolf - WTF is this, "Mac - You’ve been wrong about everything over the last three years. Why would you expect anyone to buy into your ‘theory’? Do explain."
Macs POV is a position based on a level of research that whilst seemingly/occasionally biased, is without doubt educated and informed , this allows others on this BB 'that actually care about what/where they invest' to go off and form their own opinions; this as opposed to your your 2000+ comment to which have no technical relevance or worth, this one in particular is a handpumps remark! You might not be as much of a fan of EUA as Mac, however, you sure as $hit have less than 1% of his knowledge on the subject.
As always, great questions posed by LovelyBoy to which started a very informative debate.

Morning All,
For anyone that was worried about their investment surly this is a really reassuring RNS? An informed honest update regarding the trading position and clarity as of this moment that we have no binding bids but the intention is still to neg a sale - I’m not sure what else you could have expected or wanted.
I’m pleased ;)
Good luck to all those In and Genuine
