The main thing on AIM is don't jump in on spike Do your research and don't just listen to rampers / derampers ask questions - most true people will give you an honest answer backed by RNS if they are knowledgable AIM trades on sentiment - when potential sale was announced - nobody knew the price and some here were quoting multi millions for a Property Asset the company didnt own

i think if your in now, you hold and see where this is in 2 years its either bust or if they can get back involved with the Development Side which made them the money couple of years ago on CX5 and was why they looked a good 60p prospect on admission Problem is they are on the brink of liquidation, making losses but hopefully with the large anchor of CX2 and CX5 can be profitable for you guys by 2109 /2020 Really High Risk - probably a 90%+ chance of failure and cash burn but isn't that why we gamble on AIM, for a chance of multi bagging

I have a 35p average so hoping I can from that price I did read the accounts as positive when released few weeks ago and did point out that the report was expecting enough income by mid next year to be debt free

Its how big a loss they are posting interesting to see the Shareholder deficit as of March 2017 so we can grasp if the company is still solvent Hope they break the Accounts down to individual subsiduaries so we can understand the position better going forward

you just sold both for total consideration of 35p im not a maths genius but im not sure 35p makes this share go up in value by a lot

Got to remember most the contracts were commenced back end of 6 month trading period hence very little value of the contracts are witihin the Interims, and even with these interims with increased revenues and profits in H2 expected we are well undervalued

Reason is we are pretty much last ones to get paid in the chain We have a large shareholding in a company that has a large shareholding in another Company Eroton have only been receiving funds since beginning of year and are owed a small fortune from NNPC - we are owed i think of memory $77m in Loan Notes - we have our disposal monies incoming this month - its only a few million but it tides the company over until Avobone Payments The key for me is these Avobone Payments - as soon as there cleared and we understand what finance was and when its to be repaid - coming Debt Free - making nominal service income until the Debt Service Account is at sufficient levels we can benefit of Loan Repayments to us and of Dividend Income to SLE Next 3 Month is tricky 2018 is Debt Free and Eroton consolidate OML 2019 is a real income generating year with SLE giving Dividends or Share Buy Back we paid over $200m last year for what we have + we have other smaller Assets we have not halved in value in that time

in regards to the offer, just have to wait - they have had something like 75 days now and nothing so i doubt it - unless they weren't seen the drop and thinking a low ball offer in the 30's (half the price) is a cheeky bid TOSCA clearly are not too happy but can;t do much other than hold and possibly provide further short term cash in the next few months
