Hi Peteyh Thanks for agreeing i have made some fair points. IMHO - the BOD can only start trying to unlock the potential once they are 100% owned by Herencia - until then i am always going to be bearish on Herencia Once they own Picachos - i will re-evaluate my assessment.

No-one 100% knows - but it looks like they are a support role - below from website Blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies are a new and exciting area we have been working on for some time to provide systems to support the roll out of these technologies across a range of applications. As these start to come to fruition, we feel the time is right to re-name the company to reflect these developments, where we believe the future growth will be in our sector. Its not that at all - do you think iwould short i actually research a share before i buy - you jump in on any rise and pump i have just gone through accounts and history plus i do have a fair holding of crypto's (no bitcoin as i sold that a while ago) but i have ETHER / LITECOIN and Ripple Crypto's are by far one of the biggest growth areas in industry, pretty much every country are embracing them - if they can get it off the ground they will make a lot of people millionaires and probably worth the punt but they going to need a lot of funding and Crypto's takes time to set up and its a market that has seen a lot of companies - your better off discussing BlockChain's / Cryptos on a specialist site - its a great industry but failure rate for new technology is pretty high

i been on it - other than owning 18% of ADVFN this company has no focus - going into Blockchain's is not easy anymore - since BITCOIN, there are a lot of other Crypto Currencies / Block Chain similar concepts coming - im a big fan of ETHEREUM been holding for a good 8 months in my e-toro account, and seen a lot of volatility but i know there are a lot of newer ones (Litecoin / Ripple / Dash) that have recently had good press - but starting one with no capital got to be very high risk

Not bad figures, still wouldn't of sold lc, I still have no confidence in Howe but Miraflores looks promising

Asset never been a problem with MNC Its the Management - there track record is terrible

The Board have shown they have the technical skills of a squirrel (or am i been unfair to squirrels worldwide) Lets face it Miraflores looks a great asset but i'm sure Howe has sold it for some magic beans like LC.

in regards to CSF GROUP - i would say something around the Development Agreement size on CX5 - read the RNS dated 12th August 2010 and 5th September 2012 A contract of this nature will help turn this around

KINGJIMS Probably never - maybe when ssale is completed and you get a mini wave of unwarranted hype This will either be bust in few years or if it can get developing on a large scale again could be worth a decent sum

A pump and dump could possibly be the best time if holding seen it a number of times when news hits (not particularly positive) but gets played and hyped on and PI's not wanting to miss a quick profit jump in for it to fall

when a share is 40% down, but nothing has changed, is typically a good time to buy If Avobone gets sorted and fully paid via financing, then we will be in a lot stronger position moving forward last few updates have been decent, this should have never fallen from 30p range on the Accounts - too much noise on the need of a small bit of financing required in the short term and a very suspect large buy at 20p when there wasn't enough shares to facilitate (market dropped on purpose to facilitate there pockets and not give true value) Everything that has happened since has been positive

from memory - OML18's production in regards to EROTON was circa 60,000bopd so its not difficult as we have circa 10% Indirectly of circa 6,000bopd As rightly stated, this does have to filter through to us, initial sales monies are going into there debt reserve fund, then Eroton pays them to Dividends and then we SLE will get them as further Dividends and then we as Shareholders will get them as Dividends Fact is, Eroton have been receiving sales monies since the start of the year We know the Authorities are going to make some form of effort to catch up on arrears We are receiving our Loan Repayments as contracted As i said, the recovery and income is starting to been realised at the top end of the pyramid, we might be at the bottom but it will start to filter through

The future for CSFG is in doing what they did 10 years ago but the market isn't as strong as what it was then for this type of business (we can see this in CSF G trading history) The cash in bank with the sale of CX2 / CX5 anchors been removed should hopefully last a few years - but every year with no news / contracts for Development is closer to failure, there not going to be able to survive on a few small contracts either so really need a decent Development Contract in the next 12 months to see movement

The Balance Sheet will be cleaned Up This company needs to get back to Development and scrap the idea of subletting The demand obviously isn't there, they have never had a good percentage of the Data Centres filled, there saving grace was they got paid on the Development of CX5 a good few million couple of years ago. The company has made money developing, they have lost a lot sub-letting, this has been vastly reduced If there comes a few Development Projects they can work on, there is a chance to turn things around but if i'm going to judge the market for this type of building its not likely to work If next year, the sale happens, i would like to see some updated Balance Sheet / Profit & Loss moving forward - i ate companies who say we expect to save x amount (especially a company in an insolvent position) Personally if i was in charge, after the sale of CX5 and CX2 operating companies, i would be looking to offload CX1 too, there is plenty of cash in business and if they can sort it all out, i would close down and pay Dividends

TOSCA will control the BOD - they are the major shareholder

Hope so but after the Eroton update other day i'm at least confident we will get back the loan we are owed in the next 18 months - and then we can start to receive dividends thereafter Its looking a good long term hold - minimal debt once Avobone is sorted

Its amazing when they disappear The problem was they were mis-quoting assets as been owned when they were leased there is no assets to fall back on, there is cash but the liabilities are greater than cash so can't give dividends They are probably blind ramping another share now
