who else are chasing SLE for money - we virtually owe nothing other than Avobone, certainly nothing that would be deemed difficult I said months ago, that once Avobone was cleared, the future looked bright for SLE Avobone has thrown a potential very big spanner in the mix granted but i still remain positive for 2018, if this is sorted, SLE can move onwards and upwards

What funding - its just dilution In March - it was all about a funding Package (which again was dilution) Last month it was yet again Dilution There has been no 'Funding' as one would call funding - other than diluting investors Where has the money gone - what happened to �250,000 in 2 months of doing nothing between April and June since April/ May of raising �1m, why has it took to October commence exploration

The 2 main exploration Assets which they don't own will be worth nowhere near that The two projects are Shallow Mines, low Cap-Ex but there isn't huge resources To say either is worth $50m is a huge stretch even on a fully funded revenue generating mine (which this isn't) There is going to be a lot of dilution to keep drills going ,and then the actual purchase of the Asset (currently will be talking another 15billion shares)

Unless they consolidate these will never be that price

Can you confirm what is due to be paid by Herencia to secure the Picachos Copper Project? Can you confirm if any contact with the Vendor has been made and any renewed Terms / Timescales have been agreed

If you find 1bn tonnes of copper lol, then you won't have any rights to mine this until you fulfil the contractual purchase of the asset There is obviously all relevant licences in place to extracts as it is been extracted as we speak

Signed Agreement for Exploration - where does it say extract and export. it does go on to say mining is ongoing at a local level, nothing to do with Herencia. Why haven't the BOD stopped this mining -no benefit from it and its actually eating away at the companies potential profits Reason - you are exploring these assets and have zero rights to mine

Im not buying in, it would go against everything i have said For me, the catalyst is the purchase of the assets - which in my opinion is a long way off. You can't enter into offtake agreements until you can legally sell the Copper / other metals in the ground, currently your exploring an asset that is been mined already on a local level, so until you purchase no offtake agreements can be signed Next RNS, other than any potential holdings RNS (that did catch me yesterday as i certainly wasn't expecting that) will be initial drill results, but i can probably already guess the rough grades from previous results

To Callasjunkie I don't think they will but i was virtually saying the only part that could hurt SLE is the loan repayment If we receive this on time, we pay Avabone, we are then in a really strong position for any takeover To HonestSid, understand , Fanning's salary for what he has done is an utter joke

Avobone have agreed the extension until end of January - so we he 75 days to sort that out If we don't get loan repayments to cover this as expected (no reason why we shouldn't) then we will need to obtain some funding Our immediate cash in the next 70+ days is cost covering requirements only, so we are ok in that respect. So until Midwestern / Eroton / any Takeover gets sorted / not sorted then its a very nominal point. This is going to come out very up or realistically if nothing materialises, level. The Strong Support is at 18p a share, MM's dropped Share price from 30's to 20's on funding requirements, which are not needed this year Next RNS will clarify the up to date position and we will see - are you short Sid?
