They should have issued both RNS's at 7am How can they come out of suspension and then release the important RNS 8ominutes into trading If this RNS had come and then unsuspended it might have touched 30p and people wouldnt have been spiked They could have released the Schedule at 9.20 am, unsuspended at 10am and i bet nobody would be on here and no one would have bought

i was going through the Accounts when 2nd RNS popped up its not my calculations, its the BOD's - so its very easy the rise was before the 2nd RNS waiting on RTO news after coming out of suspension RTO news has now come, we have anticipated dates, we have number of shares and an expected market cap from the BOD It's pretty hard to talk up with the 2nd RNS

Hi Such 30p is BOD's figure - its hard to justify more admission isn't for a month, so very few shares been trade

48million shares on 27th December 2017 - its in the RNS �14.5m market Cap on 27th December 2017 Thats 30p Thats from the BOD

Its hard to justify anything more than 30p if the BOD saying they are worth 30p No one here has more information on this than the BOD and this one document The Fundamentals of a �700k company prior to suspension making a �9m purchase+ �1.4m Capital raise is hard to go back through old information - best bet is to dig out financials of the RTO companies in Takeover and research them

Theres about 1million shares in free float the 12% is on admission (27th December) - so 5,760,000 on that date

It is good news - but it means very little its not worth a drop, its worth maybe a minimal rise at best FUNDING is the key

Kind of agree with Ezio - KEFI is a long game share and has been all year. Finance was the next news - we haven't got is it will go down Placing will always be needed in due course and until the market believes finance is sorted and the mine can be developed, its just a ton of gold in the ground Take mind that this is well progressed on all fronts - there are multiple other plays doing very well that are no where near KEFI in terms of progress - 5-6 Year plan for Dividends is still very much on the cards

Its another delay theres nothing overly negative that one wouldnt expect, but another few months before anything concrete and in all honesty the chance of another few months then KEFI have a great mine, seriously profitable once going, just need to get it there - 3 months ago, it looked like most was sorted and now it seems little progress or its gone backwards a bit Still wait for next news next year - when the Funding is secured, this will re-rate, until then, its a buy and hold

Hey apple FRR - i'm invested GGP - It was good deal in May when we discussed but i think it is overvalued until they get further update on actual resource / Newmont - there are no actual figures on how much gold and too many people shouting stupid numbers on EG MKA - undervalued at present but next updates will take time KRS - no opinion as not looked at
