i read it, i was told by people that drilling had started in October and was wondering why a 6 week delay is good We were already told about the plan to drill and what would happen and we can all look back at the historic results I dont see any positives in this RNS except it confirms they have finally started drilling (after a 1m raise in April and a 300k raise in October and a 6 week delay) it seems absurd that this is good news I am not rubishing the actual Tenements at all, i actually think they are low cost, small, profitable mines, they are not huge but if Herencia buys them, runs them properly and finds a bigger resource with the deeper drills, you have the start of a decent small operation - but its currently small

i have looked at Herencia and been a factual poster of this share for quite a while now i can look at any share and form an opinion of the facts that are there. Simple Facts here are you don't own Picachos or Pastiazal - i have said that once you own them i will re-look at it differently - realistically, i emailed the BOD a question on Picachos which i am still waiting on an answer (thats over a month ago) which is disgraceful actually, Herencia has: No Assets of worth other than La Serna which is under a Sale Agreement at $3m You have cash from 2 recent placings, without expenditure for last few months, no more than �900k People were saying Drilling had commenced in October and results in 2 weeks, yet Drilling has just started. You are drilling on an existing mine which has been explored but are going deeper to search for additional resources (which i actually think is a good thing) The Tenements are pretty small, none of them going to yield a world class asset and both are currently been mined by small miners (resource is going down every day) I think Herencia would be better biting the bullet and actually purchasing one of these and getting an asset on the balance sheet that can be developed and sold. I don't see why a cash strapped company is exploring two sites they don't own to prove up a resource they can't profit from until they source multi million funding - this is a long way from been a decent company

Mister Positive I deal in UK Property and totally understand the concept of Freehold and Leasehold Herencia doesn't own the two Sites you are drilling. You have an Option to Purchase, you will make no profit / no turnover from the sites until you meet the contractual payments to purchase

Don't need to go Years back - from the BOD - The asset has no turnover or profit; and a minimal book value.
