Hi Why is it a crap share? Because people bought on a Spike!!! It was clearly stated as Cash Shell for investment with circa �3.5m, and therefore thats what it was worth until it came to market with their plans It rose 1000% before the BOD could do a lot - they issued a speeding ticket and then suspended The Company is valued at �3.5m and anything over that is a premium - people buying at 100p+ listening to some on here have the,selves to blame for not researching,or if they did, they concluded it was fair price No one likes to see people lose money, but calling a share a Dog after 2 Days trading and no other update than the original prospectus is very harsh, do you really think BOD thought it would be at this price after 2 days, of course they didn't , PI's got suckered in and MM's played it

I traded MKA really well last year - FRR i still think is good - just hope the Gas Update is what i hope - i'm not too concerned with delays as long as results are good Valirx - still in - sold some to de-risk but await news on any Pharma Deal (that could be a long time) but the day it lands will really re-rate - really a waiting game GGP is one of them - great potential at 0.6p when you first mentioned with them, but will any deal happen, when the 6 month deadline went it was only a few weeks, few months later and nothing material - there is the potential that GGP hasn't got enough gold thats recoverable in a vein or two to support a larger player to get involved

This was always going to happen Applegarth They had 0.03p shares to issue and they have been issued we don't know what will be done with them I don't think local land owners in Chile will be the most clued up on what to do with AIM shares

It may depend when they believe results are due, they are mining locally so will know better than anyone, they will know what’s planned and how long it will take and have hourly updates in all honesty, no one knows, they are just a vendor and may want money now, they may not be bothered and hold for many years

Go back 9 Months ago, Herencia were apparently doing a major Finance Deal - it turned out to be mass dilution Nothing for months, Suspension and then you get further dilution / amended Terms to Pastiazal and the share price rockets thinking its good news Some PI's need to look a fundamentals - currently valued at £7m+, yet the only asset you own is La Serena which you are selling (for $3m) albeit there has been no update on this You don't own Picachos / Pastiazal - it has zero value - yet its been valued at £4m (current SP) - get real

that makes no sense - now your investing in management but not whats in the ground but your last posts make reference to the copper in Chile / and your waiting for the results I will always remain pessimistic on Herencia until they physically own the asset as i see minimal value exploring tenements you might never have the right to mine - its like building a large extension on the property you rent hoping that you can buy the property in a few years time

Chile is the biggest Copper producer, But what you need to realise that the tenements you are exploring (and don't own) are very small in comparison Chile is a great play for Copper - no one can argue just look at the size of yours though

At the time, the Ethiopian government deal was brilliant (put a Market Cap of $80m on KEFI) so in reaity it is still a good deal, but in terms of overall contribution it is pretty flat - but you have to ask, if they weren't part funding - where would it come from (we know bank funding is limited to 50% of Project Costs) so if it was Equity at current prices how many extra shares would be needed - that would be horrible - so its the lesser of two evils Put it this way - they are getting 25% for $20 million in a project where we as the main holder is barely worth half their contribution.

At least I understand that mentality and seen it happen with many on AIM but think a £50m market cap when you don’t own what your exploring is very optimistic

£50m market cap, and what assets do Herencia own that are valued at that????
