Christopheros I'm not a fan of Herencia until it actually owns its Assets You can't JV / Sell Copper - you can only explore (this costs a lot of money on the hope of proving up enough so the BOD can go CAP in Hand to someone to lend them more money for shares at 0.03p to buy the Asset Herencia has been funded by obtaining small working capital convertible loans for the last couple of years, and we can see from the last RNS that they are in the same position again Stop slating me and Amtech or others on here, actually think of something to post on the future finances as this is where Herencia is really having a problem, $1.7m on a few holes and its progress, no chance There will be another couple of hundred thousand raise in March by Lind and Darius in more convertible notes, there will be further conversions in due course, there will be an AGM to raise Share Cap from 10billion to keep the lights on longer - and at the end of it, Her won't secure the finance to procure the projects and Herencia will be left with two small tenements that nobody really wants. No Lithium ever mentioned in any RNS No Litium in any other mine in La Serena ever mentioned either (look at other companies in the area) If your looking for Lithium your in the wrong company Stop Ramping on pure idiotic statements and actually provide more than one sentence which actually has some intelligent wording and factual basis

When have I ever said go bust, I said Herencia is a financial mess and it still is, clearly the BOD are saying the finances are in a bad way, it doesn’t cost $1.7m for a 2 month drilling campaign, in 10 months the company has made very little progress for a lot of money and still doesn’t own the asset, cant sell one gram of product and has a cash call of multi millions of dollars in the next couple of years, you can’t keep calling on LIND and Darius every few months for another placing, 10bn Share Cap already exceeded fully diluted, what’s the plan come April when Her is on its knees financially (again), you feel free to invest in any share you want but my opinion is too avoid shares where there BOD says there in difficulty

Her have not received any funding You have done mass dilution, again You are back to last year where you have enough funds for a few months This type of warning is the worst, its open admission from the BOD that there is a real chance of administration imminently March 2017, the Company was getting a Finance Package (May 2017 was huge dilution at 0.045) After doing nothing for 6 months, Her agreed to buy Pastiazal (Paid $25,000 as a gesture + shares) and raised a further $300,000 After 3 months, you have drilled some holes , raised a further $400,000 and said you have enough funds for 2-3 months If that is what you call a good year ($1.7m raised via mass dilution, $25,000 paid on Asset Purchase, one small drilling campaign and back to been nearly bankrupt struggling to keep the lights on) then you are deluded

Clumpet There is no reason why a deal couldn't be done with the vendors of the site, i'm sure if Herencia could mine now in a more professional larger quantity, pay additional royalties in the interim between purchase (thus increasing the amount paid to Vendor) then the vendor would be stupid not to allow this, but from the RNS thats not the case at present - Herencia can't sell one gram of copper / silver If you want to look at the one thing i was impressed with in the RNS it was the Silver.

From RNS 18th Dec Small scale mining is currently being undertaken by private miners via small open pit and underground mining operations. Ore is being trucked to a Chilean government owned processing plant (ENAMI plant) where it is processed. This tribute (private) mining will continue up until the Company acquires 100% of the projects.

Applegarth There is still the fact you can't sell any of the copper until you complete the purchase of the site. personally, if i was HER, i would scrap the larger Picachos project or certainly put on backburner and fast-track the purchase of Pastiazal - surely you can get 50% of the Purchase funded via a decentish funder on a term loan (maybe higher rates than bank) and fund the deposit via Lind / Darius and become a producer

Purchase Picachos + Pastiazal (based on RNS's - circa $11m) Picachos is a huge outlay Picachos Option Agreement ("Agreement") The terms of the Agreement for Herencia Resources (Chile) SA to earn 100% of the Project were negotiated to minimise up-front expenditure and to provide sufficient time to un-lock the significant potential of the area. Key terms of the Agreement are as follows: � On signing US$200,000 � After 12 months US$400,000 � After 24 months US$600,000 � After 36 months US$1.6 million � After 48 months US$5.7 million Herencia Resources (Chile) SA will acquire a 100% interest in the Project if all of the Option payments have been made. In addition to these Option payments, a US1.5c per pound copper royalty will be paid on a JORC defined measured resource being published following a minimum of 6,000m and maximum of 9,000m drilling, (minus the 48 month payment of US$5.7M). The 9,000m of drilling effectively acts as a cap on this minor royalty.

Fact is until real funding then SP will be low You can’t keep calling on LIND and Darius at 0.03 or 0.01 every couple of months I believe drill results will show a decent shallow mine, but I maintain my belief Her will struggle to fund, 150k a month expenditure, your option is still years in the future, so there is a lot of cash needed When any company starts saying enough cash for couple of months you have to worry

I’m not, I have never said the asset isn’t that bad, it’s a shallow mine currently with minor production, Her can only explore, I have always maintained cash as been the problem, 400k raises and will be gone in few months, need millions to purchase, where’s your funding coming from, $4m at 0.01 from LIND and Darius, the problem with not owning the asset is that you need to plan for the purchase in the future, no one here or bod reading last rns have a funding solution for this

RuleofThirds, they have openly stated they were going for 3000m but only drilled to 2400m, that’s not getting there quicker, it’s a reduction

And you don’t own the asset, you have an option to purchase only Her need millions to buy asset Her has minimal cash to March 2018 If there was ever a red flag this is it, a small cap raising funds at 40% and 15% of current SP is never good, when this was been ramped as they invested at 0.12 last year, the same is said when they invest at a fraction of the SP

What a bad RNS, drilled 20% less means less resources and back to having serious cash flow problems, 400k will last just over 2 months and this is back to where it was financially when it was at 0.01, funding at 0.01 and 0.03, really poor, one test hole looks ok for a small mine
