Hi Fulmar You seem to know more than most here - i assume you have been a patient holder, if so happy for ya I'm having a look at the Brine Technology which from my very limited reading looks good Not enough information on this contract, its basicaly a copy of the one from 2014 but now contract awarded from preferred bidder, im sure a lot of the Design Work and Costings were done prior to Tender (you can't quote effectively without doing the backbone of the work first) I also get sick of people like NAZ saying further contracts - i have gone through the last 3 years since this contract awarded and can't see one further contract been discussed Good Luck all

Im not in but Good Luck all invested Few Questions. Whats the profit margin on the Tender? �22m Revenue for a Project is great but how profitable is the contract. We have seen this before in Contracts that have led to a huge rise and then huge fall when it turns out its minimal profit

So Holes 67-71, all duff in terms of Copper - may have located another vein of resources That's actually one positive in the RNS

actually - rad further -it says some had no mineralization some holes also returned some other minerals - traces of Bornite, Lead and Zinc Drillhole PZ17067 (66.0m EOH, Azimuth N260�, Dip -45�SW) -no significant intercept of copper mineralisation due to zonation of sulphides. There were traces of chalcopyrite observed. However, sulphide mineralisation contained of galena and sphalerite with traces of pyrite reaching grades over 1% Pb and Zn. This hole represented erratic distribution of Pb-Zn sulphides on distal zones around copper rich feeders. The mineralisation appears to be part of a second mineralised event in the region. Both sphalerite and galena appear to have formed in the same fluid, and presumably might be more enriched at deeper levels. The nature of the Pb-Zn mineralisation needs to be examined.

Chris There was one hole that had mineralisation deeper than 70m They drilled 25 Holes - they have released 15 holes results - why only 15? Holes 50, 53, 56, 58, 59, 68 and 72 are poor copper grades grades - you are looking at Copper above 1% out of them, 68 has very good silver quantities Pastizal Norte had one good result from 4 drills(hole 57) which was probably the 2nd best hole tbh Overall, Pastizal - 63-68 was by far the stand out area in terms of grades for both Copper and Silver Montenegro was fairly average

agree Clumpet - but they were drilling 250m to find more Copper / Silver - only in one hole this has been found. In my opinion, it was always a small, low cost, low expenditure, low income mine These mines are great once up and running for a nice monthly cash positive operation, but its not worth hundreds of millions

Im not a mining expert but, im a finance guy Again looking at the grades, its pretty much typical of the area as i have previously stated small shallow mine, decent enough grades, should be easy to mine if ever this is bought, there is small amounts of money to be made but the primary concern is the finance (both short term and long term) - the BOD need to do a few things. 1. Put together a complaint internal report of the resource estimate going by the results now / past results and geology of the site - all well posting Core drill results but people need to see how much in terms of value there is 2. Finance package, Short Term and Long Term 3. Fully Compliant JORC report (if there is enough information from this drilling) to conclude a report From looking at the results, there doesn't seem like much after 70m (only one hole found anything deeper) yet the drill campaign was drilling 250m deep

Nonbeliever, that’s my main point, Her don’t own the mine, £6m for a company that doesn’t own its main exploration target is a lot, there are a lot of smaller companies that do own assets, I have said that if Her ever buy the asset I will reassess with the grades but investing in a company with no tangible assets is ridiculous

I would really like to know what other PI’s see that I don’t to make this a wise investment

it shouldnt be allowed to trade that last sell, was bought at 0.29p, sold at 0.05p AIM need to have better rules when it comes to delisting but you can't save someone willing to throw money into a share without looking at it properly

Why monitor me? i have a genuine interest in Herencia and have had a lot of people on here really slate me in the past I have a view point which i have stated and is based on what the BOD have reported and the recent history of the company. As a shareholder, you must have concerns of the current cash burn while waiting for assay results and the cloudy comment of future funding . As a shareholder, you must have done your research and you value this company higher than me, so instead of asking admin to ask to monitor me, better to state why you think its worth more and the great future Herencia have so i can have a meaningful debate with you. No one rarely comes on here with anything genuine of substance to say, which i really find bizarre

How have i been proved wrong I said you would never get a funding package - i was right - you got mass dilution (that is not a funding package) All that ever happens is mass dilution, drill some holes, more dilution, drill some more holes you have made no progress other than a few more holes in a year at a cost of $1.7m you have 3 years of further drilling to purchase the asset Herencia doesn't own the mines / land - so what does it own that justifies a �7m Market Cap Please post where the value in Herencia is? Look at SML with LC update, they are purchasing a similar type project, difference is - they are purchasing it, with own funds and small amount of shares. Look at MKA with there investment from Noble into there project (which until yesterday was 100% owned by them) Until you own the project, Herencia can't do anything with it except drill more holes, the forward statement from the BOD was really poor: The Directors estimate that the funding provided under the convertible note facility will provide the Company with sufficient working capital until approximately the end of March 2018; and accordingly the working capital position of the Company remains severely constrained. Following the release of assays from the drilling program, the board of directors will provide shareholders with an update on new funding initiatives that the Company will look to undertake during the course of this year. Shareholders wait for funding initiatives, but it doesn't sound like they have anything tangible for the future

I'm not invested in HER They are worth circa �3m as fair value at this moment Like Amtech - i thought this share was a 'Dog' last year and the year before when they were announcing a Huge Finance proposition - a lot of people who are not here now called me a lot of names but when the Finance turned out to be dilution only at 0.045, i was proved correct - them people have now probably sold at a loss and will never post here again, see them blind ramping other shares or they get there accounts blocked, you can see my history, if i am wrong i will say i am, i obviously think im right, i'm not saying anything bad amount this project, its a small Copper Mine, with decent silver prospects too which is easy to mine but its only a small mine (its not going to have billions in value of resources), just need to look at size, depth, grades and other mines in area to know this. The other fact is, Her are hemorrhaging money, raising $400k for a few months while waiting on results of the completed drilling campaign speaks a lot of the costs they must have, i stated other day how they have had circa $1.7m in a year and all they have done is this one drilling campaign. I am not confident that HER will find decent funding to purchase the sites under the option agreements, no news on La Serena sale which is the only actual asset of tangible value to Herencia Brings it back, that Lind and Darius if they do fund, will likely need to fund $5m each at 0.03p to get operational where you can actually start to think of making money (that will be another 33billion shares) - a lot of people keep mentioning JV but you can't go into a good JV if you don't own the site and an RNS last year stated clearly they can't produce until they complete the purchase (which under the agreement will take 3 years If your invested here, the primary question is how will Herencia purchase the Assets?

My opinion this could well be the next Carillion!!!! BOD warning of cash issues Carillion warnings issued weren't as bad (results below market expectation) on their RNS's

for the PI's who have bought and sold intraday at a huge loss shares that are de-listing should be suspended
