Hi Apple Honestly it was because how people slated me on here over a year ago, i have no financial interest or benefit in Herencia. I'm allowed to give my opinion, i'm also allowed to agree or disagree with other posters. In shares i'm invested in, i do point out negatives, likewise here, i do point out positives (The Assets while NPV is minimal and they aren't owned will provide if they can get into production a very good profit, especially taking into account the silver / other minerals that can potentially be mined) Dan

Hi Chris Your comment previous of towards 1p is very far fetched with shares in issues, 1p would be just over �100million Market Cap This is probably the amount of Copper value in the Ground (I actually from my calcs get to circa $140million of Copper (not calculated anything for Silver) so pretty much the same Herencia need to do the following: 1. Solve imminent Cash Flow Problems 2. Further Drilling to prove up resource 3. Commission a JORC Compliant Resource 4. Purchase the site 5. Purchase Equipment enabling Herencia to go into full production This is just a basic process but there are plenty of stages / further drilling to be done before you can get to stage 5 The second fact that on a fully diluted basis, your closer to 20billion shares, so 1p would be circa �200million market cap when Herencia was valued at '40 timesmarket cap' there awere a lot less shares in issue and it also had Paguanta looking like a real good prospect - funding issues meant it got sold from Herencia's hands at a massive loss - you don't have the asset of Paguanta now This is all my opinion obviously

Problem now is what is the next news We have had Drill Results - decent for the most part and some other target faults to be explored further Big Issue is what next Funding is / looks like in March / April

it also doesnt actually say they have sent the funds just that they have raised the funds and part will be utilised as a loan to Stellar Diamonds I'm sure the wheels are in motion and funds will be released but i would read they haven't sent it just yet / click of a button, going through additional banking security for a �3m transfer

Loan was not conditional on the offer, although it allows stellar to advance while this ironed out

Jim Ironic is trapped here at probably a high price, i don't know what the lowest Purchase Price was when news was released but i know IRONIC only buys if its up on top risers so probability is it was up over100%, read RNS and seen 12.7p, jumped in without taking the full facts on board It has since drifted, and hes down and now hes shouting at anyone disagreeing with him. I have seen him do it on numerous other shares does he really think someone will be reported for posting on here to the FCA, and especially one who is posting factual data. He's the one who really needs to be reported

Ironic is very unreasonable in his posts on here and any board i have seen him on According to him GGP were supposed to be drilling an extensive campaign at Ernst Giles right now (i said they were going to put an application in to do a drilling campaign, RNS today says they have put an application and look to drill Q2) He gets a lot of his facts wrong and thinks everything is a conspiracy Honestly here, i think the Takeover will happen, seems both parties are communicating, i just have a feeling a lot will be left getting less than they want when the Newfield SP adjusts to the deal and Placing they need to approve. Its obviously very risky at this time, Ironic could be left holding a lot of shares at a high price like GGP and others i have seen him ramp to death. He needs to chill and research - his comments on here are making him look very stupid

There has never been any speculation on PETER REEVES companies taking HERENCIA over, it was a genuine question from Applegarth in regards to Peter Reeve's other Roles and if they could interlink ( i gave a very far fetched scenario - which as you say won't happen) You go on about production, but as per the RNS, Herencia can't produce until they conclude the purchase, they can't conclude the purchase until they have a fully compliant JORC, this takes further time / drilling and money No one will JV with an exploration company without them owning the Asset and what would someone be buying at present in Herencia, one site thats sold but hasnt had any progress for years, another site so uneconomical its not even classed as an asset any more, 2 Contracts to purchase sites that could be really good but need exploring further

SXXSWE - this is why the market is hesitant and will wait for Newfield before moving here Newfield went up marginally last night, but a large Rights Issue like this has the potential to crash the SP of Newfield lowering the Offer here personally at this price, i can't see Newfield dropping in SP by 50% on the Issue so i think that people buying STEL today at this price will make money, but i doubt it will be double

I'm not too sure how a sale of a purchase contract would work / what price it would go through at etc in its current format the fundamentals of the Purchase Contract are subject to the amount of Copper on a JORC Complaint basis, so you probably couldn't progress until this has been formalised, that been said: there wouldn't be anything stopping Aura purchasing at say $5m dollars (subject to a JORC Compliant minimum of 20 million tonnes), loaning Herencia the money to complete their purchase and then allowing Herencia to sell to Aura in repayment of Loan + Profit, a bit like someone buying land subject to planning in the UK where the contract can only be concluded where the planning is agreed AURA would then be purchasing an Asset that would be theirs and would be ready for small scale production Main Concern would be if AURA are big enough, the only other Company Peter Reeve is active with are stronger (only Limited Company) but they are in production in Australia with circa 100 employees This is of course that either company is wanting to expand to Chile

The only issue there is that would a tie up with Aura be that beneficial and how would it work in regards to all the CLN's in issue, AURA are circa �11m Market Cap, so not much bigger than Herencia so is it really affordable for them, they are exploring too and imho have better opportunities If they bought the Company , with all the CLN's in place, the price would probably be a lot lower than it is now to shareholder Will Aura Shareholders want Herencia, there is no real tangible assets other than the Drill Results and all information they have and they could buy the Purchase of the Tenements at nominal value from Herencia

Chris this was kind of mentioned when he was first appointed, it gave about 10 companies he was associated with Some people said then that maybe HER would be bought out by one of them (but all of them are small juniors), the real downside to been involved with so many is how much time can he really spend on Herencia especially when he doesn't have any money in Herencia to lose - its like a part time project

They will be waiting to see how price reacts i think, if it doesn't drop then this will go up tomorrow - imho

Will have a better research tonight I am impressed as I said by the Brine Technology I don't like jumping in one one contract RNS's, i got lucky in PYC, seen a lot got burnt in Fitbug last year on similar style RNS
