Chris When this was 4p, there was 1.2bn shares in issue (valued at �48m) and had a very good Asset under exploration in Paguanta which seemed to be very near production at the time The 4p wasn't held either - it was a spike - it spiked very fast from 0.7p to circa 4p and then fell back (albeit not as quick) as the rise With the CLN's + Placing coming in May, Herencia must be hitting 25billion shares fully diluted (IMHO) We will see in May if the BOD are any further progressing any plans, since drilling finished in December 2017, and results were in January 2018, they have done nothing and will do nothing until at least May - so for 4/5 months no progress (at a cost of circa $700,000) - They are operating in Chile, the costs in Chile should be minimal!!!!

you cant realistically bring AST into here They are Cash Flow positive but they are operating at around 20% of what was in the presentation from last year COBRE is actually selling more than expected and has another years of guaranteed income Hopefully LCCM will be up and running and cash flow positive from say March 2019, hopefully no issues with COBRE lease and we will have two positive Cash Generating operations - as well as our exploration targets We are in a Very Good position, can't wait till we see an Accounting Update which reflect our income and Balance Sheet in a positive light

Chris There are a few facts why i don't think there has been an update 1. Current Directors are involved with other companies, this is factual, and imho them companies have a lot more potential than Herencia 2. Herencia lack funding (fact) with from last update they will be touching the last pennies shortly but from previous experience they have enough to get them too early April (maybe longer), thus been said, they can't give an update until they get the funding sorted (so Lind and Darius are likely to step up) - i think for funding, there will have to be a real plan put in place. Currently - they need to buy the site to be able to mine and produce turnover In order to purchase the mine they need a JORC Compliant Resource Estimate In order to meet JORC requirements, they will likely need to do more exploration work All this costs a lot of money, money Herencia don't currently have No funder will fund on an Unsecured Basis where the company doesn't own the Asset in the background i would really like an update on La Serena sale, its been sold with payments due but no mention of this for a very long time (this ideally would provide the funds to at least get a JORC Compliant Study produced) its also disturbing that the website hasn't been updated , not even added this years RNS's on the website shows how badly it is been run at present

We don’t know how the situation in Ethiopia is currently affecting the finance, we may need Ethiopia to be resolved before we are progressing the finance

Nonbeliever - this is my take, there isn't a forward thinking plan right now - Mid April there will be some dilution but i expect there will be some more drilling planned for this year, until they actually get a JORC Compliant resource estimate, they can't progress

I’m in CapeVerde so not had chance to see what this company does, pallets, they do pallets, the things forklifts pick up stacked with bricks, and people saying £1 a Share for this, impending placing, massive cash burn, good luck, day traders make a good profit but it’s not a long term investment

There is going to be placing, rns all but confirms it saying in advanced stages of fundraising with existing shareholders, that’s a placing, cash burn of $2m a month, so need really $24m plus working capital to get to 2019 and I can’t see investors wanting to place at the current 4p if they were in advanced discussions at 1p, come April could be a lot of unhappy people but most will have sold by then, albeit to plough this much cash and be in discussions with majors is always a positive

I found quite a lot on Cobre mine that Freeport were looking to reopen mine, there was 800k tonnes last year and our large contract was for 400k tonnes over a number of years, forgive me as I don’t have numbers as I’m in Cape Verde enjoying the sun, by my calcs we were over supplying contract from cobre sales but we have other smaller customers, best case is Cobre mine reopens, we get a long licence on stockpile and can with confidence get better sales contracts, one thing sml bod so really well is get good sales or pre sales arranged before jumping in a new project
