There’s always ongoing exploration costs in any oil play, fact is your post was utter crap if you think we should be worth £9 a Share because that’s how much oil we have, you need to look at all the costs and then work on what will be a reasonable net profit based on life of wells and then discount this for the risks involved, £2 is fair but if recoverable increase then the SP will rise accordingly, in terms of risk, only having 18% is very minimal plus we are working with good partners unlike most companies in our pisition

So you have put no costs in for further exploration, drilling, ongoing recovery costs, overheads in your figures???

The way i deem it is an RNS is truly important, but a RNS-R is informing market of a development that isn't going to have a massive impact - looking at it it only has India within the contract as a start, GE are huge as a company, started by a little guy called Thomas Eddison, but there are only 9 offices in India for GE Healthcare and India is not a lucrative market dealing with the masses of poverty, but could be a leg in to the wider GE market

FDBK is a pump and Dump babbler - the RNS today was an RNS -Reach (which means its not price sensitive) which means the contract is probably fundamentally minimal value to the company, i think there will be a big fall there when people realise

Sell now and get into a new share with whats left and hope it comes good Wait and hope it spikes if LIND / DARIUS do provide the funding at half decent conversion price in the next 4-6 weeks - if it does i would sell To me your emotionally attached, i suffered a huge loss 3 years ago in FTE, jumping in on a share because it was rising fast, i had done it a couple of times and it worked out well every time, except FTE, i seen it rise but had a meeting in Newcastle and had to get train, read the RNS after it rose 50% and was very impressed, tried to log into my share account and blocked myself as i typically didnt use it on my phone, got back to the office, unlocked account and dived in heavily, at this point it was 300% but had been 600% up on the day - i was kicking myself as potentially i could have made thousands in a few hours if i hadn't the appointment. ended up on the day slightly down, but next day it started drifting again, and there was an Equity Finance Dealwith Convertible Loans that with this spike started converting and selling, this dropped the price until i was over 80% down, i seen �5k drop to under �1,000 and then it got suspended pending an RTO to BOSGLOBAL (which incidentally is going tits up itself) - i sold on relist for about �1,200 and thats when my interest on spiking shares started, was to see patterns, there is money to be made in getting in early but i now have a rule that i dont buy or sell in the first hour after a 7am RNS as the SP is too volatile, unless i have already told myself that i need to sell straight away on news Good Luck in Herencia

So, are we getting PFS soon, really want an RNS confirming this, not more investigation works as that sounds like another year of waiting???

How much does it cost to get an ipo, how much is a shell of a company worth, while Lind and Darius pump funds in together, they are both clever not to go past the threshold to have to make an offer, if an rto happened as a shell, would they even get half there money back or is there some other purpose in doing this

I'm more interested in the education of spotting Pumps & Dumps / shares that are going to cost me money A lot of shares i think are good i'm underwater in, some i thought were a bit risky i have made plenty of money in Trading AIM is an experience and spotting trends in shares so you don't lose in the future. This in my opinion that has been pumped and dumped many times and rises very quickly on minimal trading, a few trades on some drill results can get this us 50%, so for me its an education, what the MM's see, what do traders . investors think etc

You can't expect the asset to start generating income from day one our BOD have a credible plan and they have actually secured a 100% offtake agreement on LC this is cheap at minute in respect to assets and short term income but there will be a lot more new shares than i had hoped for, the SP always had good support at 2p recently but i think the new impendng shares have dragged it down, and possibly 1.5p to come (but i will stay) because i understand the following: 1. LCCM looks like it will be a highly profitable mine come March 2019 2. COBRE is likely to generate circa $8m Turnover in the next year (Net Profit of over $4m) - Freeport are looking too (if not already done) restart operations at COBRE. I also very much doubt SML will get kicked off Cobre next year or for the foreseeable future 3. Redmoor is a growing monster and we are working on a pre-feasiblility study as early as next year 4. Hanns Camp exploration on going We have good projects and we are cash generative (with profits) - Accounts were released in May last year
