They just increased SP by 10% there are a few that will sell on this - expected Sentiment in this share has gone down in last few months For me its the fact that this is proving up the massive potential and i keep looking at the potential in just the oil and realise how big this is, People unhappy its taking too long but the proof is in the pudding, the team are getting good stable oil flow from 2 of the wells now - nothing gone wrong, maybe been too cautious but its working

great results - i expect by end of next month to be close to 1000bopd test production from these 3 wells this is still only on a small section too

I think the wording where they place DTU within the Asset - inbetween speculative and income producing - i think DTU could be a lot further ahead than people think but anything with DTU (as stated is hugely Price Sensitive ) will also be very confidential - a deal could be hit any day, maybe weeks, months or never, but if it does hit and FTU is proved to be a Commercially Viable solution to the mass Oil market - holders will be very richly rewarded Also looking for similar projects to East Denver - no matter what anyone says about the overall deal on ED ( i know our retention is poor) but it shows that the BOD have gone through a full process of acquiring, assessing, Testing, production and sale of the asset which can easily be replicated and they are actively looking to do this - imagine in a few years if we could have 10 East Denver operations pumping in cashflow

There comes aproblem when you get a BOD in charge of a number of companies 1. They concentrate on the Company that is doing better - Aura Energy 2. They inherited this company in a mess - its still in a mess - its going to take a lot to get it out of this mess In response to LIND / DARIUS - some part of my gut does say they have something in mind - they have put in a lot of money for convertible loan notes which they will lose if Herencia goes under but for the life of me i can't see the potential in the assets they are exploring

Helios is certainly a long term prospect DTU isn't - our technology is well patented and has had positive testing - news can drop at any time on this - small contract here and there with companies trying out the technology for themselves, we can evidence how much better recovery is, 10-15% per well would typically be around $5m per well additional income at a few hundred thousand cost and a small royalty payment - DTU will never make huge amounts of money at this stage but it would take one medium sized oil player to test it on a small number of wells 20-3, see it works and then go out an do this on a number of multi well sites, one decent American company could contract us to utilize DTU on thousands of wells any time this year, but i understand that fundamentally, we are still in testing stage and while this is unlikely, the fortunes of the company will be massively improved if this happens We are already working with majors on East Denver, very good chance that this technology can be rolled out to our partners

looking at the times, they are likely cancelled sells from the 2,000,000 share seller this looks to be pure manipulation he sells in 2m tranches and brings the SP down, he then sells more in 2m tranches but cancels the ones previous - therefore he is keeping a downward spiral in terms of the current SP What is his benefit in selling cheaper - he is manipulating market for the bigger shorting that they have to buy back

we know what the weather is like - we can't control it Board have openly stated were a few weeks behind but still in a position to complete this seasons programme a resource upgrade is massive - especially with a rising oil price This area is like Alaska in terms of volume of resource, and with similar weather variants, if they can do it there, they will do it here and when it happens, people owning this resource will cash in Farm in could be this year, next year but the need for further Seismic Data is a safer way to improve estimates without large quantities of cash required. Let them get on with there job and revisit in July when we will be finally there, then the doubters will stop doubting and the SP can reflect the true asset value were unlocking

RichTips - i agree that the accounts will look a lot better than people expect a Trading update with a health cash balance and operating profit will see the market take a different viewpoint at present, the market seen a decent deal on ED, but a lot of people moaned that overall it was less revenue (well obviously) but we can see now how fast these wells are getting turned around, to have 8 income producing wells by year end that we aren't paying for, do you think HNR could of afforded this without potential dilution I think HNR were under pressure to get moving and were backed into the deal out of necessity but if we go proving up fields, recovering costs from first couple of wells and then flogging the rest of the interest for retained revenues + a small lump sum then we are all going to do well here in the Long Term
