I don't know if your post was stating that its not right that he can walk away with ARCM if the loan isn't repaid or it is not right that he can do this.
The Fact is, the Loan has been made by a GR TRUST to Prem, there are rules that the loan needs to be at fair value for the TRUST and it has been secured against PREM's ARCM shareholding, if after 65 days, PREM can't pay the 300k + costs back, the TRUST has every right to enforce its loan and take the ARCM shares out of PREM's ownership and into the TRUST's
Its a way of ASSET stripping, the saving grace is hes not touching ZULU, if it was secured against ZULU then it would be very dangerous
