See I agreed with you in Tern, but no point selling today at 11p or less knowing what the potential is here when we start drilling and proving up reserves, this placing is excellent in what it represents in terms of the future but short term does hurt a little but it’s a placing price way above the one earlier this year

probably agree with John The Actual Update is very strong, yes we will fall tomorrow but there is a lot of confidence in that RNS - a lot of the niggles that some have would seem to be answered

i have got to say it reads very well for a placing RNS Rig has been mobilised and still on course Directors are subscribing to placing too there are a lot of positives and still a possibility of bringing a farm in prior to drilling next month If that was an operational update without placing we would be hitting 20p this week

Liquid - bet BOD were forced by MM's to do this My other thing is there have been a lot of large sells this morning, seems too convenient that someone has got out this morning in an orderly fashion for big profits before this RNS - #manipulated

Its not the Company that has screwed investors over - they are just releasing factual information to market The fact you have had rampers saying 50p+ is where the problem has come from This should be above 18p imho

I went through the portfolio and couldn't put a very high market cap on investments Of course the Portfolio was on historic value and there had been significant growth, i wouldnt justify the growth TERN have had

Im not shorting - i nearly did yesterday but Spreadex never went past 0.04 to open - even when quite clearly it should of been 0.05, at that price, if placing was in the region of 0.03, to close would probably be best case 0.035 so not worth the risk I'm not a fortune teller at all, Company has stated openly enough cash until end of May, we are now mid June The BOD have stated a placing needs to happen to continue trading So a placing happens at X price with Lind and Darius providing the cash, Herencia drills more holes as per the Investor Presentation dated April 2018 on website and another year goes by or Lind & Darius are sick of funding this throwing good money after bad and decide to stop funding, company has no other means to raise cash and liquidation is a real possiblity or You give me a third option??

I could have had 0.035 for a week if i really wanted Fact is i was actively posting on this BB before yesterday, as was Non Believer / Amtech. One person said no placing due yesterday - he has obviously done so much research into the share when the RNS prior to new Finance Director openly stated a Placing was happening Its quite easy to understand that a placing is going to be done at a discount of the SP (over an average time so you feel that 0.03p would be the top end of a placing price) Yesterday for the savvy holder was probably a good chance to sell at a higher price than been available for some time, same today. Next RNS will be either Funding / Result of AGM (Nonbeliever - do you have the PROXY FORM) - as im not a shareholder i don't have one and Herencia have not posted on website) - im interested to see the resolutions (especially if there is anything regarding a Share Cap increase) The only other RNS that can possibly come is that LIND / DARIUS are fed up with funding Herencia and are pulling the life support machine which could see this company into liquidation

I think DW needs to understand that 95% of people here ( me included) don’t understand the RNS and all it’s implications that are within, we see no oil, reduced pressure, 160 barrels and our investment heads quickly think that this is bad, while in fact this is not even been tested and is actually a positive but still high risk operation, an oil guy would look at this RNS differently to a Typical investor

What did you think of the presentation on the website from April, pretty poor in my opinion, just clarified the need for more holes, maybe best case scenario is for this to go private and let Lind or Darius do a takeover, they would wait till after the 12months for the 0.12p shares but would mean 0.045p each share for holders, probably less if they wait till December

You should listen to every point of view, every share carries a risk, some more than others

They don't buy shares in Herencia They convert them from their Loan Notes you are pretty clueless in this share Lind will very likely be part of the Placing that will happen in the next couple of days

since February - all they have said is they are skint and without funding can't continue Needed money by May now mid June and nothing Next RNS is Placing or possibly suspension and liquidation

More Likely the Placing will happen and the fundamentals will drop this SP back to 0.03p im sure on the charts a 60%+ rise does form some sort of golden cross - but i think the actual fundamentals and news will peg this back - just keep loading and if it gets high enough i might put that short in place

I have seen HER do this before - and placing price won't be good - Lind / Darius i can't see placing at anymore than 0.03 given there CLN's in place already
