Things can turn around pretty quickly here all they need to do is get the two rigs running and starting pushing assays through the new labs with quicker lead-times. This alone will create some positive sentiment, providing assays are half decent. I can't say i'm surprised that we're now at the end of Jan and haven't seen a drill plan, this is typical ECR however they could be waiting on the confirmation of delivery of that 2nd rig so i'll cut them some slack, for now.

I've been in the markets for 16 years Push and I'll never say I've seen it all (because you never know what's around the corner) I dare say I've seen most. Like you say, we're just pawns, here to rinse and bleed dry as and when required. But the same can be said about retail, most couldn't a rats a*se about a company and are purely it for a trade so why should the BOD give a damn. You have to read between the lines and make your move accordingly. The give away here was the raise at 1.65 in the middle of the drill, they'd coincidentally just passed the tricky part before going for the raise so you would assume that risk futher down was minimal.

Whilst I can't really comment/add much on the techincals I absolutely share your thoughts regarding the photo's, Angus know full well that PI will believe everything they see with rose tinted specs but suprised they've done it after the "work continues" debacle. I'm not naive in thinking that GL gives a damn about retail because he couldn't care less, all he cares about is keeping the big fish happy. I've said for a long time that Aleph are in control here not Lucan and if there was any reasonable doubt that this 2nd attempt would work they wouldn't be doing it. I'm not saying it will but they would have forensically weighed this up before pushing on.

Back in December when they raised the £7m Lucan stated "the risky part of the drill is now behind us". This would suggest they didn't expect too many more problems. Do you think this issue was expected at this stage of the drill? The last photo they posted suggested they were at the clean up stage. Thanks!

They have more than 900k, it's probably more like £1.4m. But I agree, AJ needs to stop acting like a kid who's just been given his first metal detector and starting finding some gold. They've played around for too long and playtime is over, AH will not want to be associated with a company that's failed which is why he's gone for Hurricane. Victoria "the goldest place on earth" doesn't appear to be giving much gold, either that or ECR just can't find it.

No worries Tamer, to be fair AS does take the time to reply. I find it difficult to hold back sometimes but diplomacy seems to generate a response. Holes 10 and 11 seem to be generating a lot of interest, they can hit some good grades then the sp will recover. The sp really needs to start finding some support which I will be round 0.75.

We don't know the reason for the issues Adrian, the RNS was very vague. Those that do know will be buying/selling accordingly. Expect TR1's either way.

Skyfamrer - Whilst i'm still a holder and happy to see the buys I'd question where that stock is coming from. 1.35 has taken a beating all day yet the ask is still being loaded by several MM.

Who are you talking about Baits? You mentioned Aleph/Forrest in you last post and now you appear to be talking about Mercuria.

Baits, why would they want to takeover the company at this stage? They'd wait until the sidetrack was finished, at that point IF it was a success the sp would be much higher than it is now, so it certainly doesn't worry me. You're starting to sound very desperate, if I didn't know any better I'd say you were short.
