Legal - the cash burn has been pretty consistent for the last couple of years at around 85k/month. I seem to remember the 2nd rig was due to be put into service at the end of Feb. I think we all agree now that the main focus is Creswick for the foreseeable and possibly Lolworth. Will they decide to send both drills to Creswick? Who knows. perhaps this is the reason for the delays issuing the drill plan but one thing is for sure, Creswick is looking the quickest route to a resource.

Something is starting to stink here. The book looks absolutely dire and I wouldn't be surprised to be down to 0.50 by the end of the week. So these sells are coming from the recent placing at a 30% loss. I think not!

Which broker is paying you rxdav? I don't buy the fact that you suddenly appear after years of holding this stock. Like I said, I agree with a lot of what you say but the timing of you popping up on this board and your number of posts stinks.

You're preaching to the converted. I've slated the company for it's dire performance, heavy board salaries and cash burn. I'm concious of the fact that you've only started posting now when the sp has been in the gutter for the last 18 months. Not only that but you've made more posts than everybody else combined in the last 7 days. Now it may be a coincidence but I've been around a while to know that brokers posting on boards does happen.

rxdav, whilst some of what you say is true the timing of your appearance for somebody who allegedly had held for years in no coincidence. The sp appears to be under attack either from placees or short MM's, I feel the latter.

The last placing was done at .90 and the sp at the time was .90. I've been investing for years and rarely seen placings done with no discount which is an achievement. Granted it wasn't a massive placing but punters still need something to chew on. It makes me think Haythorpe has something lined up.

PD - if it's nonsense then give us your opinion. What did the placees see to get them to part with their cash with no discount? Valid question.

The price action is interesting, if this selling is flippers then they're taking a fair hit, I can't see it. The MM have a track record of going short on this stock and I guess this maybe the case here or at the very least, contributing to it. The burning question is what were the placees told/shown to take a placing without discount? Also interesting that there's been no TR1 from Colin which suggests he didn't take it (unlikely) or was selling down his position prior to the placing.

I believe it's free Paul. It was around the time we were seeing the 1m sells and there was a suspicion it was the Chinese.

I emailed the company for a copy of the share register later year but no reply. Under AIM rules I believe they have 5 working days to reply, it's been 6 months. I should really follow that up.

AG was invested, he was good mates with CB. I've brought it up as we're talking about costs. If we're paying Alan Green then why do we need AS?

Mental - what worse is the fact they still don't own any shares. We'll have to give AH benefit of the doubt but Tang and Davenport have had plenty of opportunity.

To be fair to AJ it's not his job to be put in front of the camera, we're paying a director of comms to do the talking. PR was what CB was good at, AJ gave him the brief and CB flowered it up. As for PR, where does Alan Green come into the mix? He appears to do more PR than our very own guru AS and it's unlikely he's doing it for free.
