I've had concerns over AJ for a while, he's the guy identifying the targets and doing the drilling. His slap happy attitude has always been the same which is why we've burnt through millions over the years. Let's not forget it was AH that pulled the plug on HR3, AJ would still be telling us how good it is.

I agree, listening to it again I can understand why they'd want to sell it. Technically it's still new and in the country so we should get a decent price. They're clearly trying to scramble enough cash together to exploit Hurricane (properly) which will hopefully be enough to lift the sp high enough for a raise. Still think the MM were collecting shares today, the order book was unchanged at 4.30pm which was surprising.

I'm not referring to the planning in the interview, operational planning. "We'll probably take some rock chips" "We might have a look at that" and "I might have to go up more than once" does not suggest they've got a handle on planning the finer detail. This is something we've seen for years.

We've all said this time and time again, AJ should not be allowed in front of a camera, I don't recall CB ever allowing him to do one. Sadly, as much as Alan Green is a great guy between him and AJ we probably lost 5 minutes with "ums and ars". The interview clearly lacked planning and this has always been the problem and the reason why we've burnt through so much cash. Interestingly AS tweeted last week about some rock chips due back from assay, these were never mentioned. I for one will be hounding the board now to buy shares, no more excuses.

I can't be certain how much the 2nd rig cost but I seem to remember £400k being flouted. Hopefully they'll sell this quickly and offload that last property. The "I've asked a few old contacts" comments made me laugh, in despair. It's like an episode of Monty Python. If this interview was done to reassure investors, it's got them running for the hills. If they bought shares Legal it would have the same impact albeit it wouldn't help our cash situation. Let's see what happens but I will certainly be asking the questions. AH knows if he can get the SP back to 0.80/0.90 then he could get away another placing so we just might so something to kick start a rise. I've now listened to the interview and it's all still very amateurish "we'll do a bit of this" "then I might take a look at that". Anybody would think AJ was on a school field trip, it all just seems to relaxed. It was one of the worst interviews I watched to be honest, AS is much more polished than AG.

I looked at the mechanics of the deal a few weeks ago and I think we could get away with paying a lot less than we thought based on the agreement.

130 - 400k in cash,

ECR shares at 60day VWAP,

100k only when we announce a JORC

2% Royalty capped at £3m - when the fields are producing.

So, this could potentially hit us for 130k + shares which will hopefully be higher through Lolworth. The bulk of it could be paid through Royalties and only when JORC registered.

I've only had time to listening to half of the interview and it was a painful listen, AJ seemed totally out of his depth. Gobsmacked at suggestion of selling the 2nd rig after the tweets about significant interest in leasing but if we have no use for it and if it avoids a placing then let's get rid. As the Philippines, I guess this means they can now buy shares. Reality is setting in here of how just how bad things really are, but then I'm a shorter, allegedly.

The short is now down to 0.56 with more bought back today imo. Just a shame that somebody is selling. Coincidence? I don't think so, so who have GSA done a deal with.
