"seen it soooooooooooo many times before" don't know about the rest of the board but i don't know many 60 year old blokes who would use this language. you're a bull**** merchant notrex, 900 posts in 4 months on a stock where you have an "unsubstantial" amount invested (your words). you actually made some good points but you made the mistake of changing your story more times than a pimp changes his phone number and trying to bully certain posters.
RE: ECR company of the week!...........23 Sep 2023 20:00
i stand by what i said about the raise notrex but let me remind you what you've said.
"there has to be a placing at some point soon - and the current situation and consequent sp couldn't have put us in a worse position from which to raise. i really can't see it being much above 0.1p now - well done ecr - well done mr. consultancy-fees."
so your expectation was 0.1 yet they pulled it off at 0.175 and here you are ****ging it off. i don't have a "few k on a flip eh? " and nor i am a penny flipper, show me where i said that, eh?

What's that got to do with anything? The fact is the company was running out of options (Your words) and the begging bowl passed around the City. Who would buy into a company that was on life support, nobody and nobody did hence the drop. As far the placing, would you prefer it to go through a bucket shop? Be careful how you answer that.

"nothing has materially changed here" have you been asleep novum boy? the reason this stock was on it's **** at 0.25 was because the market knew it had days to live. it now has cash, albeit a small amount but enough to survive. try again.
"Those with lowest average will have best shot - but when she blows there's going to shed-full of folks trying to sell - and zero buyers - then the humungous crash. What SP do you think it might peak at before the walls come tumbling down - any guesses?"
You sound like you know what you're talking about. For a second I forgot about the fact your average is well above a penny and you've sold at a loss twice.
33 posts today Notrex, must be a record, eh? I'm sat wondering what that the Novum office stinks off, burnt toast or fear. Never mind, you did your best, eh?

Nobody in the right mind would think that the shares have all been forward sold but those that want to sell will have the option to now. Shares do not get issued on the day of the EGM. Every flipper will have a different exit price and I'm sure most believe this has further to run. I don't believe for a second that everyone body will rushing for the exit on the day of the AGM.
I don't know where you've got that from IG but it's highly unlikely, besides Victoria has been a waste of resource for years and hopefully the new BOD will be looking to ditch those assets.
Legal, i'm not suggesting they have. I'm merely pointing out that shares are usually issued well before then EGM and in some cases before a placing has even been announced. Now, from what I understand the placing was arranged less than two weeks ago and so the selling we've been seeing for months was simply investors anticipating a placing, the writing was on the wall after all.
Legal, it is well known fact that shares are issued before a GM, anybody who has taken placing will tell you this. Unfortunately. if you're looking for hard proof, without seeing someone's trading account there isn't any.
Who's saying nobody bought 45m, the little voice inside your head. The shares haven't "officially" been issued yet so nobody knows who took what. The SP rises, your porridge must be curdling this morning Snip old boy.
A bit rich coming from you Notrex, he's forcing you to put in the hours. What is your day job Notrex? Come on, no more fantasy stories about being retired because you're not 30 let alone 60.
