I agree Legal. nobody really knows how the sp mechanics of the raise will play out on the 10th. There's no chance this is going over .40 anytime soon unless they announce a JV. But I don't think it collapse under 0.25p either, Doc has a lot of support in the markets and a lot of his fans will want to be in to see how it plays out, also add into the mix the company is now funded, for now. How long will this cash will last is the question!

Legal, we are splitting hairs. The shares can be traded although not "officially" admitted. The proof will be on the 10th October I suppose.

The sp at the time of the placing was 0.245. That's a big risk, knowing that the rug could be pulled at 0.175. Besides there has been more volume between 0.28 - 0.32 then there was at 0.245. So more people selling than buying, how does that work?

Legal, right so, you are reading from the text book and assuming that it's all above board. Unfortunately it doesn't work like that and never has. The "rules" and whether those rules are followed are two very different things. I wasn't offered the placing but know somebody that was, I can assure you that those shares are tradable, today. As i've mentioned before, i've taken placings in the past and in some cases those shares have been tradeable before the placing was announced to the market. Where do you think the volume is coming from?

It's not going to happen Tamer, it takes two weeks to lay the drill pad and then there's creating the access road. Besides, would you rather they went straight in with the drill or take their time to identify targets?

That was Haythorpe's plan from the very start, use ECR as a vehicle to take on Hurricane. I don't think it's that easy for him simply walk away with it because ECR have given time and money there must be some clause to recoup costs should the owner not decided to sell. Not only that but he needs another vehicle to spin Hurricane into without risking his own cash because the only thing that was at risk here was his reputation.

What concerns me about this new BOD is the mention of HR3, anybody who's been here since that time would run a mile if they went anywhere near it.

Nothing is known about Hurricane Tamaer, that's just it. All they have to go on are some old rock chips and the owners word. Forget the spiel about veins been x meters wide, we heard all that about Bluemoon. You could pull Hurricane from the PF and the market wouldn't bat an eyelid.

The market won't react at all Mental. Why would it, we're still clueless to what's there since there's been no assay results. As far as the markets concerned it's just another "maybe".

Looking back I wouldn't be surprised if they were, the bloke had handful of other directorships and had just founded his own company and the question was asked more than once how much time the board were committing to ECR. The more I listen to Mike and NIck the more it becomes apparent the board were tossing it off and these guys are well aware.

Anybody who thinks placing shares can't be flipped by an EGM/Issue date should not be investing. Those waiting for this to collapse next month are going to be disappointed.
