ECR haven't drilled an hole since Creswick Legal so nothings changed there and it's not like anybody expected Hurricane to be drilled this year. Shares don't drop just because there's no activity. Good luck with your entry.

Besides, it doesn't mean to say the SP will drop by 1/3 - the SP could remain unchanged with an increase in valuation.

Your are assuming investors are buying/selling based on valuation which is hugely disconnected anyway.

The GM is essential to get the funding approved. Can't see much else being discussed.
