Thank you Squire! They've been filling that all day. It was never a sticky raise, you only have to look at who took it. They managed to save 50-100k by dodging a broker but it was never sticky. Now, I wonder how many would have taken it had there been a 6 month lock in.

That's exactly what i'm saying Mental, nobody in the right mind would wait for 0.175 to sell. I would like to see who took what incl the two large investors who would undoubtedly been offered more as a sweetener to get the vote passed.

I'm going for another 5m after hours sell at 0.21.

But the sell price has gone up, and they're offering over the ask, albeit slightly.

Why would those with 0.175 shares wait until 0.175, they wouldn't they'd be selling now with a mere 10% profit.

Charts have gone out of the window imo Legal, as it stands the book is well supported at 0.20. Let's not forget, there was a lot of talk last week about today being D-Day, it hasn't happened.

Absolutely agree Notrex, JV talk at this stage is just speculation although I do see this as the quickest and cheapest way to drill Hurricane/Lolworth and I think they will be pushing for this, it solves a lot of their problems. I wouldn't be surprised to see them JV with another AIM junior, they have the contacts but it is pure speculation. I don't know what happens from here, nobody does but LTH have been bent over and f*cked and now it's time for the BOD to rub in the sudocrem. I don't believe for a minute that there has been no shares flipped, the 250m volume over the last two weeks says differently.

I'm pulling your leg Legal but I don't agree with the sp dropping just because there is no drilling. There are many things that could be announced between now and early next year all of which could add value to the company.

They were selling out weeks ago Mental but there was some suggestion that it couldn't happen. Looking at those that were involved it's no surprise that they've sold already, most can't hold for 10%. They know full well what would happen, they've lined the pockets of their mates who where always going to sell. What we don't know is how many the two large holders have taken, if any. Until we start seeing some TR1's we don't know the build of the placing and thus allowing us to determine just how stick the placing was.

We've had volumes of 250m since the placing announcement (mainly sells), where do you think this has come from? A few were expecting a mass exodus today, this has not happened albeit it's still early.

This is where it should start to get interesting sp wise. No mass sell off, surprise surprise as they've already been flipped. Profits for those still in have eroded down to 10% and no doubt we'll hear these start shouting on Twitter. There's not much sell volume but the MM aren't stupid, they know there's stock in the market so will keep dropping it. Once the market think it's the bottom we may see some buys dropping in.

Like I've said before TS, he's got more stories than a Merchant Skipper. I doubt he could tell you what he's planning to do.

Well 3% is 70k and I doubt anybody has thrown that in but I'm expecting the BOD to have taken some.
