The markets are not valuing anything in at the moment and that's not specific to ECR, it's across the entire board so one has to look beyond the current valuation and make some assumptions. Secondly, I don't think we've ever had board members we with appetite, drive and enthusiasm as Mike and Nick. Let's be honest nobody here knew what AH was up to but we're starting to get a pretty good idea, not a lot. Having two guys on the board that have passion to want to get stuff done is half the battle.
