This board is for opinion and open discussion Tamer, your problem is you don't like anything negative being said. So, because Haythorpe hasn't given Tang the boot we must assume he's doing a good job, very naive.

As for Adam Jones, well we only have the last few years to go on and let's be honest we've found very little. Now, this could because he hasn't had the support I don't know but what is certainly clear is CB was letting him drive whilst he was asleep in the passenger seat. I dare say that AH will want to sign off on any future drilling and won't be "hoodwinked" in the same way CB was.

As for his promotion Tamer it is what is it, just because AH made him Tech director does that make my opinion wrong? No, so let's stop trying to brick wall opposing opinions because it doesn't make yours any stronger.

Would I have Tang, Davenport and Scott sacked, yes. There's no room for passengers.

You've hit the nail on the head Tamer. He needs to sack them as and when possible, we we know that won't happen and that's my point. AH has a great track record but anybody who works in business knows that can't happen without an adaptive and dynamic board which sadly we don't have. AH maybe the dogs b*llocks but if he doesn't get the support he'll be off - that's my point.

Andrew Haythorpe is the one and only reason I'm here Tamer. My impressions of him so far are positive and I believe/hope he can replicate his past achievements. I'm willing to give the guy a chance as I believe what we're seeing now is a transition from old to new. The placing was always coming at some point after spunked £2.7m up the wall in 2021, again not AH fault. Trying to flog property during a recession is also not his fault. My posts are purely a warning shot, lets not forget we still have other members on this BOD that got us into this mess and we all know (or should) that AIM investors mean nothing to most AIM companies, we're just mug punters whom are kept in the dark, fed bulls*it and rinsed for cash as and when.

Tamer, I'm sorry but it sounds like you have a lot to learn. Take it from somebody who has been in the markets for 16 years and not 16 months, flipping prior to a placing does happen. I haven't taken a placing for many years but I have taken them in the past, you flip your shares, take the placing and flip the new shares before they officially "hit the market". What we don't know is when the book build was done but I would hazard a guess that the sp was 1.05 - 1.10 meaning they got a circa 15% discount, granted this is pretty small in AIM world. The drivel about being approached at the show was just that, drivel and quite frankly insulting. I think we all know Colin and Phil probably took the placing and at .90 probably took no convincing either. My investment now rests on whether Haythorpe can pull it off.

I for one am not a trader, I'm a premium member for access to live prices because once you've had them you can never go back to guessing for 15 minutes. That's like saying I've must have got 9 points on my license because I've got a farrari outside.

I'm not saying it's a bad deal Tamer, on the contrary it might just be a company maker. I'm suggesting that Victoria will play second fiddle to Queensland. Let's be honest we've failed at finding our own gold so why not have a stab at piggbacking someone elses.

The more I look at the the more obvious that AH is using this company as a vehicle to take on Placer Gold. I'm pretty sure this was his plan before he came on board, he doesn't care about Victoria.

Having had a few hours to reflect on whether I trust this board are not, I don't. Unfortunately this company hasn't and won't change. I can't help think about the amount of cash they have pi**ed up the wall over the last 12 months (2.7m during 2021) and for what? Nothing! Questions need to be asked about AJ's ability, he's been given a free reign for years and come up with absolutely nothing. Then we have Tang and Davonport who let's be honest is clinging on whilst he can and probably contributing very little. Don't even get me started on AS, how much are we paying this Charlatan and for what, a few tweets? Now ask yourself what a lifestyle company looks like and compare against what we have.

Knigel - I'm afraid Lucaduca is spot on as far as the Chinese selling down. There's not a cat in hells chance it was PI. It's no coincidence that the selling suddenly stopped 2-3 weeks prior to the RNS dropping on the rig purchase. I'd also take a guess that they took some placing along with Colin and Phil. The placing hasn't been a total disaster but don't expect 2p any time soon. Can the board be trusted? I'm unsure at this stage!

Well the books flipped and looking better so appears the MM expect some buying this afternoon.

To be fair they got a fair price and I can't remember the last time I saw a placing RNS with absolutely no movement in the SP. I certainly won't gloat, let's now move forward knowing we have funds to develop these prospects.

Myself and Gino appear to be on the same page here, probably because we have both been involved with this stock for many years.

I personally think they will raise early Feb. They're burning through 80 - 100k per month and they had 1.2m in the bank in the summer but we've since purchased the second drill. Whether you like it or not we're running on fumes.

They will be hoping that the barrage of news will get this closer to 2p before executing the raise so don't be suprised if we get all 3 RNS's in the same week. Are they holding back results? I don't know but they need optimum impact from these releases.

As for the non core assets, the Aussie housing market is dead and I think we flogged that last property in the nick of time.
