CC .... what do you think about the deeps ? I think they had to spud to keep the licence, but if I was them and I didn't think we were near to flowing some, then wouldn't you have either sold it or partnered up with someone who could get them going.

I just think that after the Dec 2021 rule changes they will be reducing the FF ... I don't see a Divi before then and anyway, will there be any cash left after they have bought the shares ... you can't blame them for maximising their own position and hopefully as CC said, those of us that continue to hold (and build) will be carried along ... I'm still confused as to the purpose of the "fair price" valuation, the interpritation of the deeps on there goes around in my head and don't come out with an answer ... but I did do the big zip line on sunday, so maybe my brain is still in the clouds !

I'm expecting the "Company" to start buying soonish ... my hope is they buy some on the open market and push up the share price before they buy a big lump from one of the WCP at the "Market Price" and bring the FF down to somewhere near the 10% .... interesting times

I was asking about the list of major share owners .... leaving a free float ... I have 26.9 % left over for open market

I was just about to start updating my shareholding list, but thought I'd ask if anyone else is up to date ... I have free float at 26.9% on my old one ?

Deffinatly not the time to start flow testing the two deep wells that I think are ready to go ... no, now is the time for a company to buy shares in itself ... assuming of course it has the balance sheet position and the cash to do so .... oooh hush my mouth

Now that it is done, the effective retained earnings should be as below, plus whatever profit they have made this year, so potentially 0.026 USD divided from updated retained earnings and maybe an interim divi from this year’s profit so far .... Hopefully they will do what they said they intended to do and announce a divi in July

As stated in RNS 1597N 30th May 2022
"It is the Company's intention that such dividend distributions commence on a quarterly basis starting in July 2022"

Obviously the "Intension" at the moment of writing ... err ... maybe or maybe not ... we are working down the list "Ambition" ,.. "Future"

It's difficult to pick out the facts and plans from their RNS's .... I wonder if that has had an impact on the share price

Good if your actual plan is for the company to buy shares in itself .... maybe they would have to anounce the issue of some more first ! Haha

Sorry but dividends are paid from retained earnings … and they now have some after deletion of the share premium account

The last line of any comunication is the most important
"future declaration of dividends"

Morning KK ... the more I think about it, I'm sure the WH Ireland valuation is very significant ... it's totally out of character and written in a way that says to me that they were asked/persuaded to achieve that sort of number

Does anyone have a take on the WH Ireland valuation ? Nothing is done without good reason ... I'm torn between two possibilities, either this is the target share price after dividend anouncment, say 6% of 21p = 1.26p for 2022 with a good chunk of that first to kick start it ....... Or are they going to do a company purchase of shares off market at 21p from somewhere in the WCP, I can't find anything in company law that tells me they can't buy off market price at any price they like.

Just incase they put the 21st in as share ownership day for a Divi, 22nd is cut off day for votes ?

I think one or more of the deeps are ready to flow ... But they definatly don't want any more volume or the share price to go up at the moment, I hope this is due to the up and coming application to remove the share primium account etc ... Interesting in't it
