Interesting, could not buy first 5 min, then got lots of buys on the bid, even more interesting the rise before the news, makes you wonder if those visible gold core samples were known to the smart money...

The more tranches the more 20% discounts....and the greater the upside per tranche , the LTH gets smashed and is forced to average down harder helping the II unload once the bottoms in... If the bottom is low enough people will still be able to average down on the up. If all goes to plan the II will probably be keen to fund the company another time.

As the share price reduces , the LTH's portfolio drops faster than the MC as the value of the new shares cushions the fall for the company..

its not about what we prefer, as we have no say, only a choice of selling, holding or buying some where in the cycle..

If you are sat on the side, no positions , then 0.1 would offer huge upside, so the more tranches the better

If your holding then announcing the CLN is done at 0.33p is preferred , but the II will be able to clear their shares quicker to everybody buying in for the rebound, if converted at a silly low ...and probably at a greater profit into the rise

So how many more tranches will there be

With the post Minchens BODs form for taking the share down creating big upside its probably attracting a lot of LTH still owed a few bob, and savvy traders, and the smart money

It will have been over a full year since any drilling in Rukwa by now, all that time to plan a traditional placing with a set share prices, yet they hash together a CLN, unfortunately not a good one, its very much replicating a death spiral, not all do..

A 20% discount on typically 92.5% of the average, thats a discount on a discount ,

And every body is guessing the bottom

He1, they are all treated as traders or gamblers, but this BOD are ruthless..

Am I right to believe the funding via this CLN means that 2025 placing headroom is still intact meaning they are going to raise to at least keep the lights on and maybe ensure they can meet any Colorado commitments ..

Need to look at how well Bluestar manage funding and if they are ahead or behind He1s recent raise for that project

Fingers crossed He1 sets up for a multi bagger... its sitting with a £22m MC today trading around 0.34 but if the conversion at happens 0.3369 the MC will be closer to £27m is they convert double the last branch, about 820m... So MC is now getting protected while share holder pummelled

It was briefly down 20% this morning, , but recovered some, last buy 0.3390 which I think is very close to conversion price if announced tomorrow...

He1, No update this morning, maybe tomorrow,

looks like price is moving in anticipation of further discount , down 7-10% on low volume..

Maybe a shake before a break in conversions, and a bounce for CLN to sell into after the "leaked email" rumour which was followed by +£25k trades ,

But a delay could be to achieve a lower conversion price if the trend is down adjusting for next discount , who knows, lets see..

Yes, it got near £2m before the new shares were issue, then on their listing probably near £7m as was about 3.4bn shares...

Tomorrow or Tuesday should see the next conversion update as its 10 days since last, and 20 from 1st ... Then we should be able to better model the total dilution and bottom if they continue the sequence,,,

At the moment I would guess two possible bottoms

4 conversions may see 0.24p, 9.7bn shares

5 conversion 0.19p 10.1bn shares

both suggesting a MC near £20m, so maybe a 4 or 5 bagger to those historical MC £80-100m..

Would that be enough to attract the herd , since £20m is sometimes all an explorer is worth, but it was recently near £58m..

If that was £58m with expectation of upside from Colorado production or Rukwa is hard to tell, but its suggests many thought they could profit from £60m..

So not so optimistic for £10MC

I think the fact He1 were granted a mining licence has people thinking its going into production, rather than still exploring/appraising... After this up and coming flow test they will need to raise again so will there be overly optimistic interviews before anything concrete is announced... its more of a bet on the hype, pump and herd ....

He1 . you don't have to chase, but IF it gets to a stupid low on the back of this CLN you know it's been worked down,, and looking at the BB, those unfamiliar posters, it's probably getting lots more visitors that don't post hoping of a repeat of 0.2p-3p.. this time it could be 0.1ish to ~1p...

every 10 days check the conversion price....and the downtrend....

If a multibagger is looking good , then go a little larger and sell enough to recover initial investment, and let free ride chase the rockets

And lets be fair £4.40 was already half price for a real premium lager

aldi do a kronenburg rip off, but it actual puts the uk brewed kronenburg to shame...

so i was passing aldi tonight and picked up the superior rip off, after the room temperature tin i was thinking it lacks the depth,... well the chilled can from the fridge being cooler lost even more of its character....its okay, pleasant but lacking... but then i read the tin, they have reduced it from 5% to 4.6%, but not for profit as they reduced the price from £4.40 to £4.05...so the logic behind the downgrade is beyond my comprehension, since its not penny pinching, and its not better for one health as now i am depressed and will be up all night ******* as i will probably drink twice as much .....

probably some alcohol pop generation aldi bod behind this.........or the fooooking useless welsh gov

QED, hit 8p when company stated MSC shipping trial contract was imminent , then it was 4 contracts between multiple parties, only two signed, MSC still to sign ?

Q3 start has been dismissed but not rolled to next Q as per usual... Novembers AGM is usually followed by a roll of RNS updates and price rises that fizzle way....One day though..

Support at 3p placing price should break with no news..CEO has stepped aside to new CTO position, waiting on new CEO.. One to watch especially if 2p, but it was 1p ... Should be funded for at least another year
