Take a look, there is a pattern to successfully trade the downtrend if your not greedy and have a very good broker, live data and glued to the chart or using automation to trade.. I am waiting for the bottom, 0.1p will be unbelievable , sub 0,2p fair game, not sure about 0.25p will have to check market cap

and also they need to prove up another Heron well, maybe 3 before a JV would interest anybody... They have just 1 commercial.....2nd questionable, getting number 3 might be luck, a 4 th and 5th convincing... But they are not attempting number 3 this year..or are they

What you said about Operations is why peeps are missing out on MATD & it's flying under the radar.

The current low cost Work Program is just letting things tick over until the Farm Out deal is concluded - They're 'very, very confident of that & its very very advanced. The CEO bought another $50K value of stock & took a 70% pay cut along with 3 of the Management for future share based remuneration - They should know!

Current production is around 160bopd (c $2M) which coveres general o/heads / Salaries etc - however, the Farm Out is looking to fast track production to 5,000-10,000 bopd - Annual Net payback of $70M-$140M (or $35M-$70M on a very conservative 50:50 split)

Add to that the 50:50 Renewable JV currently looking at 1.7GW and with a 'fliupping strategy' of $50,000-$100,000 development premia - Thats $42M-$84M on the 50:50 JV split - and more of the China export Mega projects to come.

Already Saudi, Baharain, Kuwait, UAE Investment funds negotiating to be part of that

MATD - OIL & RENEWABLES - Leading into a Major Revenue growth stage

Thta's what i mean by MATD being a x40-x50 Bagger and since you asked. Very under the radar atm but not for long as the reality of the investment becomes wider known, which will be inevitable.

At 1st glance this years work program is spending cash on 2 wells that previously weren't worth continuing at the time, and Heron2 flunked, while H1 produced less than expected ..

@Toffers, this just a repeat of the rinsing of the original LTH..Do you remember the AGM where the standard answer was " we cant answer that" and the spiel "we would like to include the LTH in the next fund raise" , then a 72% discounted placing followed...

And it will happen again if need be

I should have bought at 6p, but did'nt want to increase my holding but was will to hold....its strange how having a position affects your logic...

Keep an eye on He1, still no conversion, and market is now adjusting the price daily, and lowering the 10 vwap discount ahead of conversion... So if converters are tracking the market to time their next they are intent on getting the lowest prices, but it just could be taking longer to clear the increasing amount of shares they gain at lower prices..

Fingers crossed it drop to 0.2p at least, as Patshare jumped this morning, after holding for so long I don't want him to have sold at near bottom..a buy at o.2 or below should be allow a fair few extra 30% more shares for hime

@Patshare, put your feet up now, and wait.....as there could be 1 or more 20% discounted conversions to buy back a bigger position,,I suspect 2 more, but who knows...

Not sure if you use the charts, if you look at the 5 minute interval chart you will see it looks like the buyers and sellers are trading the MM stop loss hunting....there is a series of ~20% drops and ~15% rises, probably a 8/9% margin to trade for experience traders... but thats tightened up the last few sessions

Our own fault for playing, but AIM companies play on inexperience and let you fall into the holes they create.. It does make you wonder about some of these rampers...There always seems to be one supporting each phase to help you hold when you should have sold...

Mcap, that debt will soon be zero..

The Mcap is low today, but will increase by the value of the next tranche of shares listed in the price holds steady until then

before the 72% discounted placing shares were listed I think the Mcap reached near £2m while trading at ~ 0.2p, on listing bounced up to about £6/7m

@Petshare, I cant remember the hit I took, it wasn't small..Once out , then your mindset changes, and you don't clinch to the rampers and see when the trolls are offering good advice.. One thing for the sure, He1 fully understand their financing options and the impact on any LTH..

Just have to wait and see when and how this next conversion turns out

but I have seen sells at full ask, end of the day they are just trades and it is possible the broker stated working these when the price was 0.33p and completed with a final handful of shares at 0.31 and registered the trade on completion of execution.. especially as the price did not rise

This is getting a little unpredictable if the funders are holding off or taking longer to clear each tranche and the market is adjusting to the next discounted price...

@Patshare , remember when 100k shares cost £10k, and that was cheap lol
