Thanks, adds to the fact that the money was insufficient to drill by January contradicting that months update , not revealed until audit, all the while funds were being spent on Mt Winter, and even all makes you wonder,,,,,

I did but word search failed to find "cost" or "cost-effective" , in the March updates from the statement,

"re-entry and deepening of existing shallow wells (Hussar and Mt Winter), should engineering studies demonstrate this to be a time and cost-effective endeavour."

Purposely obscure

Looks like GEX is replacing Peak Helium who defaulted on the JV... There was a separate JV with both Santos and CTP.. Peak were giving a free carry to at least CTP.... So GEX has stepped in... Seems Mt Kitty well was a He1 story, no reservoir but flow from fractured basement, but these guys want to drill a lateral well in the basement.... He1 killed the drilling bits at Tai just going vertical....So I expect this well will be slow and costly....

You have to ask why SDantos are in no rush, and why CTP don't show flow rates on the same web page they show rates for Magee well... It appears the rates dropped in minutes

Test Results from Mt Kitty‑1

At 2,144 m (in the Heavitree formation): around 500,000 standard cubic feet per day (scfd), which declined to ~70,000 scfd after 10 minutes.

At 2,156 m: ~530,000 scfd declining to ~420,000 scfd over 18 minutes.

Additional tests at 2,185 m and 2,252 m reportedly gave “comparable flow rates.”

Gas composition: up to 5.8% helium in preliminary onsite analysis.

According to Central’s more recent reporting, Mt Kitty gas flows included ~9% helium, and ~11.5% hydrogen.

Not sure what will happen with this one as nominal price is 5p, and the last couple of raises at 5p....

But I doubt the market is impressed as GEX update suggests the £7m is only to show financial strength and Hussar is as planned, while CTP update suggests kitty will be prioritised and the £7m is to ensure its funded.. So reading between the lines looks like Hussar has been dropped for a few years......while Hamilton is still playing the Hussar card

I wouldn't worry about nuclear waste when you have a nuclear power plant in range of Putins intercontinental missiles , or terrorist drones. The UK would probably make the most suitable target in Europe to make an example of since it is surrounded by water, kind of protecting the main land....
