Zephs update Wass just saying things are progressing.....
They took £2m more debt instead of raising, but it also shows the did'nt have the cash,,,,,,,
Plain-English translation
“The additional funding will be used to finance incremental near-term expenditures across Zephyr's portfolio, including federal bonding increases recently imposed by the U.S. Government and for potential further leasehold acquisitions.”
“Incremental near-term expenditures” → small, immediate costs that come up while running their projects.
“Federal bonding increases recently imposed by the U.S. Government” → the government requires them to have higher bonds (basically deposits or insurance) for operating on federal land. This is mandatory and a cash cost.
“Potential further leasehold acquisitions” → money set aside to try to acquire more land in future federal lease auctions.
But the company employees subscribed to £700k at 3p in June......thats positive IF they think they will get as good return, and not just protecting their jobs..
this is a bit of a teaser.....maybe another drill next year.....
In addition to its operational focus, the Company continues to run a structured process aimed at securing potential farm-in/joint-venture partners to accelerate drilling and the delivery of value from the Paradox project. The Company will provide further updates on this process in due course.
