I am inclined to think we won't get any early report of how the 2nd cohort have faired as in the recent RNS, the CEO said they would report on how all 12 patients responded later in the 2nd half of the year.

I don't know if others agree on my interpretation and/or whether it may be a good thing as given the small size of each cohort, early results could easily be misinterpreted, both positive and negative - much better perhaps to see how the picture is overall. It might be a good thing too for the SP rather than being drip-fed with news ?

Best thing is to FILTER them out . . .

About 2 million shares disposed of could reflect their underlying need for cash from Unit Trust sales but I believe this might be first time their ownership of TPG has gone down. However good the recent news is, it's not getting through to the investing public and/or commentators.

As others have said, time for the BOD to think about patient shareholders - a growing shareprice is in the Company's interest as it'll mean future finance will be cheaper to obtain and more readily forthcoming. Perhaps back to previous suggestions of offering a small divi to get the ball rolling ?

RNS out after hours today that shareholding of Prudential in TPG has fallen by about 2 million shares down to 18.77% - deal done yesterday. Interestingly, Prudential isn't listed as a major shareholder on the Company's website - why is that ? Does anyone know ?

Here's the list of major shareholdings - a wide number of Institutional shareholders present ,which is a good thing especially if Prudential should be added to the list. I do hope the SP breaks out of this narrow trading band though - it wouldn't take much to shift the sp given the limited number of shares in issue.

I'm tempted to add to my holding further but I'd like some info as to how they're doing.
The funding at 3p a month back, so soon after the London Investor Show end March, discouraged me to be honest, but from what I can discern, the products look good.

I've asked in several large Boots but there's no knowledge. I checked the Boots website - to find a store near you - and there aren't any - so it's definitely an online purchase. Need to watch out for magazine adverts/articles to get better understanding. The boss is on a good package with substantial options so let's see.

Current volume of Sells is really quite low suggesting MMs taking opportunity to shake weak holders. Unless there are larger delayed Sells yet to be shown ?

There may be disappointment that the 2nd cohort results for RP might not be coming as soon as we would like.

Let's get our facts right. You tell us your Business Partner spoke to Ken James and was told there was a 20% chance of failure - but now this was only 'apparently' said to your partner - and in any case you now tell us you take such talk with a 'pinch of salt ' . . . you warn us of armageddon.

There is no failure - we already know it works - it's a question of finding out how much of a percentage of participants does Med2005 help.

As a LTH - I don't see this as a share explosion - neither do I see Ken James freely admitting that there is a 20% chance the trials will go belly up.

The SP will continue to recover as more results show MED2005 is working. The trial is seeking evidence of the range of efficacy and the tolerances of using the product. The initial phases showed it works - it's now a case of how good does it work and where are the safe limits.

At a whopping Euros45 for 30 dayssupply and recognising these are ongoing purchases once one buys into the need for the products, shows quite clearly how much profit potential there is for Opti's products !

The MyLotus kit is now on the Boots website at £349 inc. free delivery. It does offer 1396 Boots Advantage card points worth 1p each effectively reducing the price to close to £335.

The Advantage card is well respected in the 'Loyalty Card' industry and popular with its customers. As of today a buyer of a MyLotus kit could get £50 worth of points although that offer ends today but it shows the possibilities of better sales now that Boots is involved.

It's been a long time since I saw Woodford refer to his 35% holdings in Reneuron (split between Equity Income and Patient Capital Trust) but in the April report, just released, they say:

..... but interestingly also there is an old Zak Mir projection for achieving 10p based on the chart in 2017. That projection wasn't achieved, but I'm hopeful we might see a breakout to that level once today's news is digested with a favourable press hopefully.

Just to put the record straight Truro - it's in Euros so around 10% + cheaper all round.

Irrespective of my concerns about possible leaking of sensitive information, I've added this morning at 6.78p

Nigh on 10,000,000 shares were traded two days ago in two transactions - being shown late. Both at 6.40p showing as Sells but are Purchases IMO.
What to make of them ?

Today's announcements of the final results from CORO show a well-crafted report.
There's a lot to like in the business drive of CEO James Menzies - I am feeling far more positive now that the shares will make progress under his leadership.

Today's announcement almost seems like a game-changer for TPG. We've been waiting so long for further news of acquisitions, that I for one have forgotten what we might be looking for. At this stage of my understanding of the Sabienza businhess, this looks like a fabulous fit for TPG. Being based in Europe alone, in my opinion, gives TPG further business strength with the additional skill-sets that a multi-national group offers.

I'm assuming this gives the Directors an exit point for their eventual retirement and with a lock-in on the shares for two years keeps our costs down. It also gives the selling Directors the opportunity to make the takeover a success as they'll be keen to see the sp rise as much as we will.

The sp should grow from here and at last break out of it's present sideways trading band.
