As a LTH before the days when AstraZeneca pulled out of the SNG tie-up, I felt that RM was astute in his initial relative hype on the possibilities of SNG001 towards Covid and of course the price zoomed. Then though, we had the placing at 35p but it was just to themselves and Institutional Investors (retail investors were excluded for speed's sake - apparently doesn't matter that nowadays that's solved with the likes of Primary Bid) and at a point when the SP was trading around 70p
So, on the face of it some naiivity there - perhaps CapitalCity is right to conclude RM is out of his depth. But then think, he's just passed fantastic, effectively free share options, for himself and other directors. Yes they won't be actionable for 3 years but the numbers of options are huge with no performance criteria to meet.
In my opinion he's not playing a straight bat with his shareholders !
