Whoo - that's a disappointment re. likely fund-raising - I can see it might be very beneficial in the medium term but they (Concepta) have had too many for my liking and so I've sold out at 2.5p

As a LTH of Synairgen - 2012 - I checked on the weekend - it has been quite a ride and you don't get even the low prices (last January) because you get too unsure having watched a share for so long. But still I added eventually, and added again on some of the uncomfortable falls.

That's because of the group on this BB to which I like to think I contributed positive data. That said, I have an enormous list on my Filtered. Must be over 40 names - which is a reminder to newcomers that there is still some dubious characters on these boards.

But I'd like to add my good wishes to PMJH and some others that have moved on.

I remain confident of SNG.

The share price has moved on a pace since we were all talking about is at the beginning of the month.

I'm assuming there has been some mention in the press somewhere (?) to get so many smallish buys this morning (?) but more likely a delayed large buy gone through which isn't showing yet ?

All good news though whatever.

Some very big trades today - some showing as sells but delayed reporting means they're buys. An excellent end to the week.

Bookamdanno - you ask for 'rational thoughts' - that might be a big ask whereas VOG is concerned. Am I the only one that's noticed our newish member to the BB, namely RF68 has disappeared.

I guess he will have sold up - he certainly talked it up !
There's money to be made in AIM when an sp is bumping on the bottom - trouble is most of us came into VOG at massively higher levels.

A large sale this morning 850,500 shares has spoiled the recent upward trend.

It helps to remember that it was only 2 weeks ago that the Board published their quarterly report where CEO Paul Dolan said:
"We remain well-financed and our further strengthening of the operational team during Q4 and in 2021 means that we are well placed to capture the opportunities and build shareholder value."

Oilfornothing - after listening to those great tracks from I think I ought to raise my expectations after all and hold out a bit longer - I'll just put a marker for £3.50 and sit tight along with the rest of you.

Cheers Dodgepot - this is the first decent RNS we've had from Falanx that shows sufficient promise beyond all the stuff we've had before. The sp rise shows a lot more other punters can see the potential too.

Licensing is the obvious route - we know from our clinician in France that they have the ability to do it - and that's just one simple example.

Anyone have any doubts as to whether this is going to go worldwide big-time should see the interview - stunning !!!

I'm not sure what to make of today's announcement when Microsoft's Sentinel is relatively costly in my opinion and then for Falanx to add their 'Triarii' - would have thought only Public bodies would be takers as opposed to Commercial industry. The former are usually easily persuaded to pay for icing on the cake services - which is what this sounds like.

But if it brings in the money, then that is a darn good thing as far as Falanx is concerned - at least this does sound like better meat on the bone - but I wish we could start to see some tangible figures - I'd feel a whole lot better then and would be more willing to add some more shares.

seaside53 - that's just it, the Marine engineering division is up for sale.

My interpretation of the RNS is that Phil Carmell is again moving around the deckchairs and must have put out feelers seeking bidders - why else would the plurals 'bidders' be mentioned. Because of that I can't see it making an astronomical sale price. It's a good division don't get me wrong but it's been 'plodding' on gently increasing turnover - last figures I remember are £21millions for year 2019 with only a small percentage from foreign sources.

I think they've a good contract with the French Navy which will be a large part and some smaller sums from the Middle East. However, overall this division does show a net profit around £4.5millions.

My beef with TPG is this continuous re-shaping of the group with so far little reward to shareholders since the big placing 4 years ago.
