jamrock - shame that the persistent seller is back again late this morning. With a Sell of 422794 @ 2.36 and then another a Sell short while after of 425382 @ 2.35 means we'll neither have the sp moving up nor the spread narrowing. It has to be from the initial placing of 1.75p in my opinion.

Spending your SNG bonus money already - that's a good omen for the rest of us then.

It doesn't have anything we haven't already read or discussed but it it does give a good run-through for anyone still new to Futura. I do disagree though about the shareprice prediction, I'm looking to see the likes of 80p back once more and probably as soon as spring-time next year. GLA

Bumblebee - because there have been regular sizable SELLS if you check the daily dealings.

Hoopyhoop - I still agree with you . . . but at 1.35p (which is the current BUY rate even though they show as SELLS) they could be a good bet given the litigation which is well backed. Even if they come to a half-way house agreement, I reckon it will still be quids in for FOX and thus a good bet for shareholders. Well, that's what I'm telling myself.

Agreed takenaride - but there's been persistent 'largish' SELLS over the last couple of weeks. Today there was another 350,000 - in other company investments, they are not so big really but we haven't seen many BUYS of that levels for some time now.

Are they from the same person ? At a guess from what I've seen, I'd say they were.

Herman - thanks for link - a good video showing both sides of the lumber economy. Fortunately Woodbois straddles both and with an improvement in worldwide shipping, will be good for us sooner or later. I'd be very disappointed if WBI sp doesn't improve on the next figures - which should be good. I'm hopeful that when announced they'll get wider publicity and bring in new shareholders.

Even more so if the BoD is true to its word and announces a dividend as that will bring in new Institutional Investors often precluded by reason of their investment guidelines from investing in non-paying dividend companies.

To quote your comment kdonkey1000 - that's what FUM has repeatedly said this year - the product has had clearance from the EU so what's the hold-up. And regarding the FDA trial - the announcement today makes a virtue of needing another 10 participants in case some of the original 100 go missing (too much eroxon perhaps ?!?) - why not have got the additional 10 before ? Note too that the US market has now been pushed back to 2023 !

YES I am a LTH and NO I won't be selling but I am frustrated with the constant delay and to have seen the sp reach over 80p this year on the EU announcement and watch it slowly drip down makes it doubly frustrating. Sorry - rant over.

I can see FUM trading sideways at best on today's news (if you can call this 'news'). It is after all nothing more than telling us things are going on and even more things will be going on next year. Disappointing.

I too had expected an announcement by now - picking up on Ken James enthusiasm a while back when he mentioned we can expect more announcements this year (ok it's true that there are a few days left). As usual with FUM, or more likely James Barder, they let things drift in my opinion.

The tie-ups this year with Atlantis, serving China and S.E Asia; Labatec Pharma, serving Middle East
; M8 Pharmaceuticals, serving Brazil and Mexico all sound amazingly positive but the real attainment this year was the CE mark from the European Union. Since when we've heard nothing from FUM except there is at last a website - but this is nothing more than a tease really. No wonder the shareprice drifts and currently well below the last placing of 40p.

I can't follow the logic of doing nothing (or appearing to me as doing nothing) - they have the cash (£12.6m as of 30th June). I'm assuming that by now they have the few trial participants that were required by the FDA, so that we're now eating into the maximum 6 months that the trial period was to run - are they waiting for the FDA to complete before acting in the EU/UK ?

They have the new non-exec Jeff Needham who will be good on advising US marketing and the other new non-exec Andrew Unitt commences 1st Jan. His experience with Boots could be useful but isn't vital. I'm impatient yes - but hen don't see why as a LT shareholder I shouldn't be. We've been through a lot of ups and downs, placings etc, particularly the recent one where we're unnecessarily under water.

You have a point Hoopyhoop - but there have been a few deals done today and they've all been BUYS at 1.35p.
Then yesterday we had the Spreadex RNS on their CFD transaction.

It's my firm opinion that the share price decline mirrors the paucity of announcement from the BoD.

I was speaking the other day with the father whose son runs an AIM listed IT company that has been going for 20 years. He said that his son " works his socks off" in maintaining good investor relations and communication with the market. He never ever dismissed shareholders concerns regarding the sp. Yes, he knew he can't maintain the daily change that happens with shares, but he did realise that a steady growing sp helped his Company when negotiating business deals.

I've been an investor in RENE for more than 9 years and like Woodward backed it when we had the £5 placing - communication from OH has been lacking in all that time.

OH is paid exceedingly well and has been given fabulous options - perhaps that's why he's indifferent to shareholders concerns. Or is it that unlike my friend's, father's son he doesn't concern himself with the share price - thinking it's not something he's responsible for ?

Either way, we're in a bad place !

Completely disagree with you FizzyfromPhilly. In some ways, I'd say the medical fraternity in the US could well be better aware of SNG than even the UK - especially if you're considering medical establishments. Because SNG is on the U.S. run ACTIV program for non-hospitalised patients and has passed stage II and been put on stage III.

We've heard and seen over here absolutely numerous seminars/zoom presentations from umpteen U.S. medics, Medical Universities and personnel from the U.S. FDA. We are awash with information which is why we've stayed the course all this time. Good news is just round the corner Fizzy - stick with it and relax.

How shareholder value has been destroyed by SCIENCE group - I hope they can keep their Consultants as surely that’s where the value of the business lies or have I misunderstood that ?

The sp has fallen as I thought and am glad I sold out whilst it was still above 5p but still incurred horrible losses over many years of holding in the group. Good luck to all remaining shareholders.

@oldbaldy - I know what you mean.

Just lately, there is a lot of noise here. It was only a couple of years ago that the sp was kicking around the 10p mark - I'd bought in a few years before that at around 30p or so before AstaZenica gave back it's license to SNG. But I was glad to start adding again as it rose 2020 Springtime. My average is now 70p having added as it rose ever higher - never traded - boy what opportunities I missed - benefit of hindsight of course.

Now the bulletin board has exhausted itself and we're all patiently waiting - there's a lot of money riding on this share - notably my own too - many of us are quietly watching and waiting - not a lot more to be said really.

But I've never felt more calm and still remain quietly confident just as I did when we were then talking only about Asthma and COPD. Looking back - what a wait it has been but success is almost here :-)

@jamrock - I think you're getting a bit intense about your fellow posters - hotchips makes a valid point about testing whilst on the plane. And you're having a go at me yesterday too ! Calm down and be patient regarding your MHC holding. It'll come right in a relatively short time.

At the moment it seems to me it's just the MMs that are doing well with the wide spread and quick marking up to suck people in and almost as quickly marking down. I feel sorry for those buying in at 2.8p yesterday morning - I agree that sometimes you can be lucky but with AIM it's often better to wait before acting.

If you recall I said a week or more ago that that I was told by someone very close to the Company that they were working incredibly hard on Covid testing and also that Penny was very well regarded. Today's announcements illustrate that oh so well. More good news to come for us shareholders I reckon. GLA
