I don't disagree with any one's sentiments on this thread - but - you have to wonder how the sp got to this poor position. Clearly there's been massive selling from some II's. As for Covid testing, the PCR results are mixed in with less critical Lateral Flow Tests which should help improve further the excellent TrustPilot ratio - reviews to date: 6815

I'll feel a lot more comfortable with my shareholding when I see some action on the DNA products - I would urge the company to really move this whilst they have good contacts & contracts with Lloyds Pharmacy and especially Boots where I recall reading that their contract expires Springtime. Covid business must be very slow now (we can judge for ourselves watching the TrustPilot Nos.). Listening to my friends, their foreign holiday appetite is definitely strong but their aversion to testing had long ago reached it's peak so MHC must get these new products out asap.

NDN71 - you go on too much even when you may be right but Beforegolf is a seasoned member of LSE and has contributed many times on SNG and other stocks and therefore is worthy of being listened to. He/She has has nothing to gain by sharing his/her knowledge or insights.

As probably one of the longest of LTH (10 years) I bought into the SNG story then at prices circa 45p only to see it drop to 8p January 2020. In that time the sp saw some rotten swings up and down but the path had been a relative good one up to this morning. Yes mistakes have been made by this small team of management along the way, with AZ when they gave back the license for Asthma to the crazy delay getting the Phase III Sprinter trial started urgently. But looking at today's RNS, there's something to be said for looking at the mortality percentage improvements - they may be small but to my mind given what we saw in the phase II results, albeit a smaller group, they look unlikely to be simply chance.

We have the Activ-2 now in phase III being the only one treatment (?) to be put forward. I recall Dr Mario (?) interviewed by the Kansas University Hospital being very excited as to the possible merits of SNG - I can't see that we're a dead-duck company as a result of today's single RNS. The US wants to find therapeutics for its people that will keep them out of hospital - with a fair wind, SNG may still be needed for non-hospitalised users given its unique system using nebulizers with interferon-beta the latter receiving umpteen positive announcements world-wide.

I'm no scientist but I would say, do not panic away your shares - it may be you can successfully trade them in and out - although that's not for me, but to me, the chances of success are still good for SNG - it just may not have the Midas touch anymore.

Agree Axe - there are still plus's here although one can't ignore the obvious calamity this morning - I like most here I am too staring at massive losses - so far just on paper.

The US has a great need for home therapies and they can't nor are they just sit idly by. They need to keep patients out of hospitals and SNG was advanced into Phase III based on data that Activ-2 managers alone saw as positive. Now's not the time to start a a thread of maybe's but there is enough potential in Activ-2 it seems to me to lessen today's massive falls and give some credence to PI's staying with one's shareholding and not sell on panicky prices.

Don't lose hope - there will be value in the company. We know they have £25m cash - they are now better structured than ever before.The comments from Professor Wilkinson on the secondary endpoints read far more positive on second reading.

There's every possibility of a more stable shareprice once more research on the data is shown.

I heard today that youngsters not fully vaccinated will be allowed to accompany their families to Spain providing they do a PCR test before leaving UK - so despite controls relaxation here, another country stimulates yet more PCR testing, of which we can be sure that MHC will get its profitable share.

That said, I'd really like to see the new products brought forward - I'm quite sure in my mind that we all had expected them to be on sale earlier than April.

I came out earlier - and I'm grateful it was above 5p then - but even so I made horrible losses on this one and as you guys have alluded to, this bad financial position is a charade - amazing that SAG can get away with it but it looks they will play out the poor reporting to span the year from the last share purchases - so they can offer a lower price.

But I'm surprised they feel they will keep their consultants - I would have thought some, if not all of them, will be getting itchy feet unless they're contractually bound to TPG ?

I never shared the positive take on OH’s position in Rene that some on this bb did. Now we can see possibly the reason for Michael Hunt CFO’s departure last year. I has assumed then that his departure was from frustration from the manana manana mentality to running the company.

I think great damage has been done to Rene under OH’s watch and in my opinion it will be some time to see a recovery here. I hope though for those that are staying that I’m wrong.

Well - I'm on record as stating it would be mid February 2021 !
That was when in November 2020 after the placing at £1.75 we saw the dynamics of the pandemic leading SNG smoothly to an early EUA - if a any reminder was necessary, it just goes to show that we (or me I suppose more specifically) really haven't a clue. Fortunately though paraphrasing Sir S. "we know it works".

I agree with you DOC - in fact I agree with everyone's comments including my own. Perhaps we read too much into these things as we're anxiously waiting for results, but it's really good to see that SNG is presenting a much more powerful and polished image to the business world.

Thanks gggg21 - a really excellent series of updates to the re-energised website. We know the latter is the case but any new visitor to the website such as big Pharma will see a solid corporation that they'll need to pay a high price to get !

Some good thoughts thank you - but as a very LTH here and whilst I think the Board's analysis is correct, even if long overdue, I think we're in for yet more wait.

So, decided to sell up. It's a horrible loss I've taken but I am going to switch the funds where I think they'll be more productive. GLA

10 million shares sold today at 3.9p - it's showing as undecided but the current deal price at the time was 3.9 Sell against 4.1 Buy. On the back of today's results, I wouldn't have expected a major shareholder to be selling - but there it is unfortunately.

As I said in an earlier post, I felt that MHC had letsgetchecked.com in mind when they re-jigged the business at the time of the placing a year ago. The potential is immense but MHC is a very lean team in comparison but, even so, in my opinion, wouldn't necessarily need many more personnel to get the initial DNA testing products out there.

We're going to have good results announced shortly - we know that.

However, the shareprice isn't going to shift much unless MHC shows it's not exclusively a Covid business. There's still a lot of potential that will accrue to the business from Covid testing - that we can be sure of - but I worry though that there have been mis-steps over the extended Holiday period where the lack of a postal service has meant travellers have blamed MHC for not delivering the PCR service. Too many bad reviews suggest to me that this was not thought through by Management As a business, we are held to ransom by Royal Mail. This will not be the case once we start selling the DNA testing kits either directly or in store.

They'll have more than enough funds to get some of the new products off the ground - but to get maximum press reviews, they'll need to get these out soon - particularly to Boots. Lloyds Pharmacy can wait. The website says that 'Vegan Suitability' is 'Available Soon' - I don't know if that expression was meant to cover all the shown products or just the one ? But, I feel we need a raft of products offered at this stage. I would like to see several coming out at the same time to generate maximum press interest. 'Lactose Intolerance' and 'Coeliac Test' making a threesome to get started. I'd like also, to see the MyLotus fertility promoted once again - unless we've been misled in the past that the product is not as good as we had been left to believe, cross-selling opportunities will arise when we have a wider product base.

The shareprice is, in my opinion, safe at the current level if we just continue Covid testing but I know we all would like to see it back to a higher level - I've set a target of 5p before re-evaluating my shareholding. GLA
