Cheers King, I know others have said it but your research has been exceptional. I sincerely hope it pays off for you. It’s just that unfortunately I don’t think it will. If I’m right it just shows how we have been hoodwinked in my opinion.

Hi king, do you think or know if it’s a condition of holding a prospecting license to actually do a certain amount of work? I get the feeling Zorbas has done the bare minimum in the forlorn hope that the economics of Zebediela would change in his favour and that then still holding the license it could have been sold on at a premium. It seems that this strategy has not worked out for him or us. I feel he has strung everyone along for as long as possible in the hope that ‘ something might turn up’ Maybe the authorities won’t renew the licenses on the grounds of lack of progress.

I lost about a years earnings on this. Slowly recovering but still hurting.

True StarRage, agree poor taste. I am posting again at the moment because it isn’t only current holders who have lost but almost everyone who has invested since the 4.5p placing. ( A placing which looks more and more dodgy with increasing hindsight)

To be fair, Amtech has voiced scepticism for a long time and been consistent. I wish I’d listened to his like more. I remember Ando, He had this sussed right from the 4.5p placing and he suffered dogs abuse for his opinions.

Well I don’t trust the bast ard one bit. I suspect he will announce either an intention to delist or a winding up. He obviously can’t be bothered with URU any more. Yes there is the stake in MRS but he could buy that from URU and the money would probably go to the directors of URU in lieu of salary as part of the winding up process. Shareholders would be likely to receive sweet FA.

Not the first time he has delivered a RNS with only minutes of the day to go either but this time takes the biscuit. A RNS like that should be delivered at 7.00am prompt. Leaving holders ( even if they are ‘lucky ‘ enough to see the RNS) with moments to decide what to do with their hard earned investment is scandalous in my honest opinion. The results could be released along with an intention to delist from AIM next, further damaging the share price. I am sure he will have his excuses ready more quickly than he got his books done if that’s the case. Sorry but I am really angry about this, I believe I and many others have been sold a lie.

Have lost thousands of pounds investing in this pile of manure. What a load of crap. The accounts should be simpler than the local window cleaners. I have suspected for a while that Zebediela is worthless and that Zorbas has known it for a time longer. Wish I’d never heard of URU but I’m glad I got out. When you see how the likes of BMN have done over the last year and a half it makes your heart bleed. We all backed a lame donkey when there was a thoroughbred standing alongside. That’s how I feel anyway. ATB though to those still in.

The RNS here isn’t a shocker like the one BZM issued after hours today. All the time I was in here I followed BZM and the way the share price here and there tracked each other was and has been amazing. It really is the law of the jungle on AIM and if you’re not big enough it seems you are lucky if you’re not eaten alive.

Agree with all the comments today. I feel that particularly when investing in technology companies you have to be in before the mother of all RNS’s. Having said that, the clues are there. This has all been said before but. We have an agreement with a major partner and we know the first phase of the project with them has gone well. It seems the second phase which is due for completion second half of 2018 is also going well as it said so in the recent statement and our partner is excited enough to increase the resources that they are putting into the work. This is the one MoneyMunch used to talk up before he became distracted and went elsewhere. We are also conducting other work which might come up with something and we have our ‘traditional ‘ business ticking along in the background. Added to this is the fact that over half the shares in the business were placed at 2p not so long ago. That is no guarantee that we won’t go lower but it is nice to be able to top up below the price the big boys have paid.

It has gone very quiet but the price is creeping up nicely. I think we closed at 1.45 on September the 3rd after the interim results so up around 25% since. As Albino74 says we are recruiting and I believe this company is being run by some very competent people. It’s been a while since the last RNS (excluding results which were due) and we could get one anytime. I don’t think there will be any suspicious trading before a RNS here, I really believe this is a honest company and I wouldn’t say that about every company on AIM by any means.

Wress, you will bounce back from this. There is little doubt though that once they have taken this private they will have a nice little earner. If I was invested here I would sell though because I wouldn’t trust them not to take all the profits as salary leaving nothing for distribution to shareholders.

Disgusting, what can happen to people’s investments. Some people could have bought these recently at around the penny mark and then a remark from the same people who will benefit most and those people would be lucky to get a quarter of their investment back. The way I see it if they want to take a company private they should have to launch a takeover bid and pay a PREMIUM for the shares, not get them at a massive discount. I feel for you wress as I know you have been caught out before and it’s not pleasant to see someone robbed in broad daylight.

The past 2 or three days the ‘sells’ have vastly outnumbered the ‘buys ‘ but the bid keeps creeping up. There must be a reason for that. I do not know what the reason is, but it is giving me confidence. My feeling is that the statement/ commentary given alongside the interim results has gone down well with someone. We are still at a significant discount to the recent placing price so it is quite conceivable that we could be at a bargain price right now.

Think the £87k trade was an agreed trade. Even after it though it was NT to buy and the bid was just over 1.45 even though the official price was only 1.35. I posted that at the time or words to that effect. At close yesterday they would have taken all my shares at 1.48 but I am not selling.

Quite right Mozax. That’s the crucial point here. This is a share to invest in, not one suitable for day trading. However it is good to have a blue day, hopefully the first of many.
