So we will see another 6 billion or so shares come in at a huge discount. Agreed. That is roughly80% of current shares. So if they all came on it would not quite half the value of the existing shares. Because the Mcap would not change much, a few quid raised at very little.

However if our share price and therefore Mcap is significantly increased then the dilution will be acceptable.

I am investing because I expect the next 6 months to be transformational. When the SP is in excess of 10p and it is diluted to 6p I will still be very happy.

It seems this share is being shorted and I expect that this is now reflected here with some of the posts. I am awaiting funds and if I can get my shares a bit cheaper I will be delighted.
