Not saying a placing is definite, just seems to be a pattern for low cap. Good news, raise. I seem to remember one of our more learned posters saying there was little or no headroom for a raise without shareholder approval but mentioned this before with no response.

I will be delighted to see a decent deal as due to a top up at around 5p I am now reasonably underwater here. My mistake and I own it. Would still be in the blue had I sat on my hands.

Yes, the devil is in the detail as they say. To date I have not seen the density of the DGI offering. However with so many people working on this across the globe it's only a matter of time.

I wouldn't bother DGI’s bod with my questions etc as they need real focus on bringing the tech to market.

It doesn't matter if DGI’s battery is more powerful if it is not manufactured to scale with a customer. I have every faith that the current bod are the most likely to do this, hence my investment. The speed of development and scaling of the engine bodes well.

The only way this company will succeed is by getting to market as soon as possible. Which means we are likely to be in a fairly news rich zone. Happy to add here as and when profits elsewhere emerge

Doubt it stuff. Takes a few hours to sort a peterhouse special. If we were going to get a discount raise I would imagine it would be done by now. I was actually quite worried about a raise shortly after CH lift as it looked like forward selling. However I believe it would have been actioned by now. Far more likely to be aJV or institute investor.

The fact that it takes time to get it signed off gives short traders a window of uncertainty to exploit. I imagine you are short and doing exactly that.

Obviously being right all the time enables you to sail around the world on your yacht, and your posts on this board are more of a kindness to those invested.

Why hasn't financing been rnsd? Maybe because it would put a rocket under the SP not yet wanted. The finance for trials must have been sorted a while back. Just waiting for the signatures. Anyway, will take my tin hat off.

The two main reasons I see is a raise or shorting. Have a vague memory one of the wise said that there was no scope for a raise. But as I said, smells fishy, something weird is going on
