Poor quality phone connection but still very positive gist with strong mineralisation, talking about how you would turn it in to a mine - and an expert report by next week by which time we will know much more on grades and structure.
Think he said that further drilling in a months time .
Also they are continuing to drill beyond de mineralisation just to check it doesn’t restart (probs a but unlikely )
I’m sure the grades are v important - was looking at the accuracy of the handheld analysers and they do seem to be pretty high especially for copper in experiments on historic mining projects vs assays - these readings have been high to date and Colin has talked about the high levels of mineralisation several times
If the width off the mineralisation is good that’s the missing link I suppose - ie personally I’m pretty confident we have 2 out of 3 - depth mineralisation and width

Yeah , I’m aware that AA have the right to buy 80% of the tenement, that isn’t relevant to a possible valuation based on Steve’s 3% mineralisation calculation
8000 $ per ton x 2million tonnes x a possible 3% mineralisation does equal 480million $

But that is an estimate of the market value of that copper in the ground and does not include the cost of extraction or a profit for AA

so they wouldn’t pay anything like 480m$ on that scenario (and certainly not for 80% of the find)

Of course it could be a lot more than 2 million tons or more than 3% mineralisation and the whole 100% could be bought out
Keep double checking doing the math and dyor of course

you're right I should read that agreement RNS in detail, I think it will probably become quite important at this rate!

Steve4077 : surely that fair value calc for AA must also take into account their extraction costs and profit margin, so 8000 x 2m x 3% = 480m$ less extraction costs less AA profit margin?

i suppose I'm an old timer having been here since late 2017 and just reread a few of my complaining posts from over the years :)) re gold stock valuations, cashflow, placings etc

but I didn't sell and in fact averaged down as the price dropped. I have over 1% and not selling any so far. Why would I? where else would I put the money right now, leave it in the bank? - this has a long long way to go (I hope so anyway, no guarantees but when are there any?)

I'm quite calm about a retrace if it goes back to 6p I'll just buy more. If this billion $ copper discovery is a total fantasy I'll focus on the allotment.

Have a price in mind to sell out at but a fair way to go yet to get there.

Are we still also waiting for some technical confirmations regarding Tilapia that are due in this month ? They would rubber stamp the deal 100% and hopefully give the recent rise more solidity and encourage rises

Hopefully consistent timing with the RNSs (plural , got round to listening to yesterday’s Zak interview)

Worth a quick remind on all the OTHER projects xtr has , some already producing cash/profits - these could already be worth 4p + of the current share price ,
So at 8p you get a kilometre of copper for 4p :) incredible value still

Sounding like all the holders of more than 1% or so (I know a few) are not even considering selling at anything like these levels . I feel exactly the same and a good RNS could cause a major spike , if not today then over coming days and weeks - gl all especially those who have waited and waited

I’ve been here since 2017 and have a lot of XTR shares . I think this should go north of 20p , potentially well north so I won’t be selling yet unless it goes utterly crazy .

AC is no doubt a very good speaker and is a smart man, but having been in this share quite substantially for several years I have learnt not to accept these predictions of sunlit uplands. Azer was going to be full of bountiful gushers until, suddenly, it wasn't.
I haven't sold as I'm so far down on this one and there is at least hope with these possible deals, but I would advise being wary loading up (unless extremely risk hungry) until at least one of them is a done deal. IMHO and very much hope he does pull a Christmas rabbit out of the hat.

great to see today rise, been invested here for a few months at c 100p. the potential here is great when you consider the valuations of some relatable covid plays here and the USA. One of the major pharmas could buy this for sofa change at current market cap of £46m.
feels like FAB are providing the picks and shovels for the covid gold rush and a lot of them will be needed
