Summary and Outlook

The board continues to be pleased with the trading as we build for a profitable, cash generative year. We continue to build our base of customers and revenue. The Company has latter stage engagement with new partners that would deliver a meaningful uplift of revenues for 2023 and beyond.

We have a cash generative business and at an adjusted EBITDA level, we have a profitable business. Our plan is to continue with our organic initiatives that will continue to demonstrate growth. We intend to expand our partner network and are also looking to expansion into Europe. The Group will also consider growth through further acquisition and would consider synergistic targets that would expand and deepen our service offerings.

We can confidently look forward to a positive and rewarding future for Tialis shareholders.

My understanding of this is Akta sjóðir hf. entered into a futures contract with a counter-party. An amount of that long position has been closed and settled, with, looking at share price movement, Akta taking a profit.

Akta retain the benefit of remaining position( s ) should the price rise, and the opposite.

No equity was necessarily sold into the market.

It’s a miner, so there’s always room for ups and downs in my very limited experience.

The last RNS seemed to make it pretty clear where they’re going with this, so I take it at face value.

I speculated further today, by adding at the then going 63.5p rate.

I understand that 2.9m.oz equivalent reserve is included within the 6.5m oz MRE.

It is the case that an enhanced reserve figure will represent best current ‘nil-risk’ value, being adjudged capable of being economically mined when that time comes. By which time things will once again have changed.

It seems to me one must know - I don’t - the full criteria adopted by GDXJ in rebalancing, new entrants to the fund and exits, and whether it occurs, as I think, over a period and is then perhaps promulgated quarterly.

Just at the moment on what is known it seems relatively simple. The sell-off came after no MRE - having been touted by some on here as being on AGM day latest. Difficult to see otherwise than punters previously bought on that, then took their profit when it didn’t come.

It doesn’t seem unreasonable to hope, when the price has settled out, they’ll be back.

You make hard work of it. MRE said to be coming, Mr. Day intends, by end December. New Year is next.

‘Dark Forces’ are what some believe here to be in charge of sp. I don’t believe in them, but I do in death, though you may even dispute that. I used that to illustrate it will only be them, dark forces of death, that could get between us elderly and the MRE.
