I am thinking that a proportion of equity for whatever purpose might be provided by Wyloo or other(s) through convertible loan notes, pushing ‘payment’ down the road until such time as they can be paid off in cash or the holder converts to shares.

The original debt funding RNS has been superseded by another ( saving fees until feasibility study finalised ) so it appears lending currently agreed ( for mine development ) and therefore any likely future bank lending, remains subject to feasibility study criteria as originally generally expressed.

When it comes to cash, he makes it plain he doesn’t know any more than Catchme. Or anybody else. Or whether the figures he posts are Aus or US dollars.

All I can see it’s a lot of money in acquisition and capex before FCF. As it stands today.

I should have added that Wickes seems well-placed to me to compete for market share.

I think this pretty well reflects where we’re at just now, with hopes tending towards H2 for any trending improvement in volumes.

Well, only on that I bought Newmont this morning. We shall see, but paying down debt and funding 1bn share buyback from divestments looks OK to me.
