Maybe it is, last couple days. I don’t know, but I fancy from a general perspective things are unlikely to get any worse in that market, house moves, and so on, and will hopefully slowly improve. Wickes is competitive, from a market share perspective according to past releases, and teeing itself up for improving conditions.

Either the balance don’t like Wickes, particularly recently, or somebody bigger is selling it down.

Newmont plainly want rid. It does not fit their criteria and future capex allocation.I think Newmont, with Telfer difficulties, would increasingly view Hav/Telfer as diversionary. They may not get the price they would like, and be disposed to settle for less. I guess it depends on the interest shown in the assets and future planning of interested parties.

At some future stage the JV will end. In theory it is open to Newmont to decide not to mine. I think at that stage Hav goes to Fair Market Value?
