and that RNS announcing funding method is going to be a very interesting read, and potentially very painful for us KDNC holders, someone has already said on their board, if this deal doesn't produce value/income and drags on for ever and a day, it could well sink them

i'm kind of in 2 minds as to whether to top up my KDNC holding in the hopes of dragging my avg down a bit, because right now it's still circa 50% higher than current SP.

As with my holding here, todays news for me is simply a recoup of some losses, but no where near break even, and it needs to prove sustainability, or are we going to get crushed by the pump and dump herd running away in 24hrs time.

yeah marineville, i know that feeling, i think my avg is somewhere around the .48 mark as well, so for me this is all recovery and hopefully a beginning to give me an out option without a heavy loss that i've been staring down the barrel of for a while.

I do agree, it should be a good deal for them as well, and i'm watching my holding there gather dust, back in Feb 2017, when KDNC was still REM the SP was circa 0.56 since they reinvented/branded/whatever you want to call it, it's been nothing but dilution after dilution to fund a spendthrift CEO. their chart has been one long progressive decline with only one point where some sort of recovery was shown, but it was short lived an unsupported. The market sees this, and so do investors.

As for here, .6 to maybe .7 would be a solid close to the day, but would not be surprised to see a slight dip to about .55 region as the day traders cash in and take their profits near the end of the day if they haven't already.

I have no ulterior motives, nor shorts on any stock, just a healthy skepticism when a company that has such a currently poor record of managing it's money becomes involved, in what should be a good deal for both, but the market takes one look at the KDNC side of it, and the SP simply doesn't move, and you can count the number of trades in that company today on one hand, and the chart after the news spikes down, whilst we climb >66%

yeah, that came across negative on the wrong area - i'm not negative about zulu, or the potential we have here, it is the cadence involvement i'm concerned/negative about, this deal is not legally binding until we have a contract, and cadence has a p!ss poor track record of dreadful management and constantly reaching for things out of their grasp, so i am concerned about their ability to deliver on this deal.

It is the kind of deal we need, i agree, and it is good news, but i will be happier when we have the funds in hand so to speak, right now it's all promises, and as a KDNC holder as well, i'm worried, because if they stuff up, it affects us here a lot as well.

Go to the Cadence board, look at opinions there, this is not as good as it seems, Cadence simply don't have the money to back up this deal, they are going to have to dump assets at considerable losses to fulfill this, and even then are likely to need some dilution to raise the remainder.

Look at KDC chart for today, we've risen on this news and they have flat lined or worse, this is what KDNC SP does on these deals, because they have such a poor track history for wasting money on pipedreams.

Personally, i'd have like to have seen someone more stable, reputable and reliable with a proven track history be interested enough to get involved.

Break even here may likely be my exit point, because with this lot involved i suspect more tears before bed time.

i'm still over £10 a share average, although if it falls a little more, i may put another small amount in, but it will be at the expense of another which will pay a dividend, that would bring me down to the 980 region, but i am really loathed to throw good money into a company i wouldn't have touched with a barge pole in the first place had we not got shafted

somethings have to be kept quiet, due to the nature of the agreements in place, and that will naturally result in some speculation, that's the nature of the beast, but to blanket blackout ALL news is tantamount to market manipulation, it's a bit like a mining company not releasing drill results
