it's hard for me to hold as i've been burned before holding too long, after something has passed my target price, if this gets closer to 560 i'll be gone i think

where has this huge jump come from ? i'm seeing no news releases or anything that could indicate such a substantial climb, it's just bust through my target without warning and i'm wanting to know what's driving this, incase i might jump out too early.

As for where it's going, no idea, my target was in the region of 536-543, that'll give me circa 9% profit on top of the dividends i've collected.

I'll probably get out of this one before the next dividend, it's proved slightly more volatile than i had hoped.

I'm in profit with this one.... unfortunately a lot of the others i'm not doing so well in, EDL is killing me!

The last few days rise here has been a nice surprise i must say, and it's now moving closer to my target price

and that is the crux of the matter, sort out the current mess GR before embarking on the next disaster, if he's having to hurry and make a decision, then he hasn't done enough due diligence, just like all of us holders here are guilty of!!

perhaps, my original target for this was in the 290 range, before the last fall back, fortunately, i'm in a strong enough position to have held through that drop, but, the last political upset being the public brexit vote, and look what happened then.

I may exit if we start getting close to 300 again, as i'm concerned that for such a large and usually stable company, it reacted harshly last time, thus making me consider my short/mid term view here, in the long term its a good dividend payer for me.

on a plus pint we are at least generating a profit, although the debt we are carrying isn't getting cleared anywhere near fast enough.

so a drop in profits, whilst bad, and indicates something needs to change... at least it's still a profit

Whilst my post has garnished a removal, and much condemnation, i think the above reply to it highlights why.

I did NOT say i wished, nor wanted that to happen to him, i was simply stating in my opinion a fact.

let me put it another way....

The SP is in the toilet, and unlikely to recover - yes we are all in the red, and likely to stay there, this is fact, i invested, got it wrong, what's needed now is the company to make positive moves forward, not squander more.
Updates from the BOD/CEO are woeful
When those updates come, they are greeted with distrust and disbelief, and with good reason, because most of the time it's all waffle
They have diluted to oblivion,
Wasted millions on pipe-dreams such as Circum (they sure saw us coming - i did ask at the time why, if it was so good were they off loading it)
the company is in real danger of going under, in the event of that, those we owe will be paid off with whatever can be salvaged, funny, that'll be GR and his loans then

GR needs to go, many here, and LTHs now believe so too

However, despite all of his actions and inability to steer this ship away from the rocks, he refuses to step aside/down, i now believe that he will never step aside, and will always have a hand in somewhere meddling, which will not be good.

Therefore, only logical way he will not be able to crash this fully into the rocks so to speak, is if he is not around to do so, and as he wont step aside......... and there you have the basis of my post, not wishing that upon him just simple deduction.

I'm still holding, because it simply makes no difference to me if this goes bust on monday or not, i'm that far down, in the event he manages to pull the wool over enough peoples eyes and this makes a small recovery, then i will be gone, simply because i do not believe he is capable of doing the job required competently, he simply does not give a crap that it is a listed company, he wants to run it as if he answers to nobody, and that just wont work
