yeah, they were pretty blunk about stating they would be raising the money one way or the other regardless of the dilution.

And, as you said, the SP is in the toilet, they will not get a good price for the pacing, infact, if the current down push is these being forward sold, then i'd be worried they might have placed at less than that, perhaps .03 or even lower, and if that's the case, come the RNS they will not be able to sell for a profit any more, and will have made sure they'd dumped them like toxic waste, and the SP will crash again.

I suspect an opening price circa .03 on monday may be on the cards

it'll be an after hours RNS, so no one has a chance to get out ASAP before it heads below the nominal value and talk of suspension happens.

just been offered .05 to buy that's down on the opening offer of .065 i had first thing this morning

agreed, the figures are going to be **** and i think that's starting to leak, or the market has already come to that conclusion

now showing down 0.03p (44.62%) on H&L live pricing, and i've cancelled my limit buy

yeah, it was ok, 251 of course would have been nicer {rollseyes} but i'm fairly happy with my new average of 270 with an eye on a longer term holding again, although if it spikes again i will be tempted to trade it out again, i've been taking some pretty big losses in other areas of my portfolio, so sometimes taking the profits and holding back to buy in later is worth sacrificing the dividends for.
I'm in that boat with LGEN, on a healthy profit, ex-divi date end of April which will give me a healtyh 6.7% on my original investment price, but on the original brexit vote it tanked, so i might get out of that one before this next deadline in 3 weeks

I was just offered 0.059 buy price and nearly pulled the trigger, but if they do try another placing in the immediate future i'll be back in the same deep hole i am, because even if i get a good low 50's price, i'll still be >60% in the hole :(

i topped up at 257, and am hoping that will be near to the bottom because i was averaging down at that point !

I've pretty much put back in now all of what i got when i sold, so i'm planning to hold for a while for the dividends.

PREM RNS should always indicate a rapid down turn in price, no mystery and certainly should not be unexpected by now!

yes, very odd, i may have jumped ship too early, but no worries, i did ok out of the deal i got

too late lol, i took 625, more than happy with that, it was way over my estimate/target, and gives me 25% profit, so i'm happy, it also releases my cash for other investments, albeit perhaps a week late.

as they say, a wins a win, especially given my recent track record. I'm not going to be unhappy if it goes up a little more

someone has a leaky ship.... there was an £817,000 purchase declared after closing yesterday, along with a whole heap of others.

....if the now likely failure of Premier Foods to secure a deal to sell the Ambrosia brand has had a positive effect on DCG, as we'll potentially not be laying out a large some of money and taking on extra problems right before the Brexit deadline??
